They are always nice here.
Maybe the worst BK I’ve ever been to. There were so many things wrong with our order. I would be a little more understanding if they were busy or short staffed but there were so many people back there and we were the only ones there. We had to go back up to the counter twice for things they forgot. Our bacon cheeseburger had no bacon. Our boba lemonade had no boba. Our snack wrap had a literal chicken nugget size piece of chicken.

If you don't check the bag before handing it out and items are missing, that's not good service.

Burger King is a convenient spot to stop by on the way home from hospital visits or the downtown Library. The rear entry door with Handicap Parking slots is available, although it is often locked to prevent homeless individuals from entering the store for non-purchasing purposes. Despite a past bad experience, a recent visit revealed a polite and efficient drive-thru staff member who provided excellent customer service. The food, including the Whopper and fries, was fresh and delicious. The location offers a very nice quiet environment, with friendly staff like Millie. Customers often enjoy the burgers, which are grilled with love, and the fries, which are thick, crunchy, and always tasty. The drive-thru service can be a bit unusual at times, as customers may be asked to drive backward after payment, but the staff remains friendly. The Addams Family meal was praised for the sandwich, though the churros disappointed with their dryness and hardness. Overall, Burger King remains a good option for a quick, satisfying meal, with wheelchair accessible tables and non-automatic doors. Parking setup is a bit weird, requiring crossing drive-thru traffic, and the place tends to be quiet with no inside crowd. Kid-friendliness is similar to other Burger King locations.
