“Great service at this location, I'm super happy with the staff and their disposition. They got my order right and even created something not too crazy for my five year old that he REALLY enjoyed (that didn't leave him bouncing off the walls from the sugar).I do wish the wifi was available at the seating area away from the road or they could do something to reduce the traffic noise on the super nice patio. “Came in on a Saturday late afternoon. There was a very helpful and sweet barista. Coffee was good and speed was fast. Vibe was chill and there were a decent amount of tables. Location was close off of the interstate, which was great, because I was traveling and needed coffee for the 12 hour driving day and needed a convenient break. However, there wasn't much parking, and getting out was rough because of how close the exit was to the stop light. Poorly designed. Check for hours, or call ahead. It looks like they have very limited days (end of January 2024).“
“Just so everyone knows, the photos shown here are not accurate because they are photos of the Hub Starbucks, which is much further across campus. Also they do not serve things like meatballs, or truffles-I think these are images of catering perhaps? Not sure...also the location is inaccurate as well, as this Starbucks is literally right behind the science library, next to panda express and across from the Chick-fil-A on the Sun Terrace. “A very busy spot right off the interstate. Parking is tight at most hours of the day. There's plenty of outdoor seating to match with indoor. Good staff, fast and nice. Great spot to relax a bit or grab your coffee heading up or down I-75“
“Personally I don't trust starbucks imbedded into department stores or grocery stores because they're separately owned meaning they run on their own rules instead of Starbucks corporation rules for making drinks. The drinks won't be wildly different but normally they aren't made the exact same (I've worked for starbucks as my source). Same goes for airports however there was nothing wrong with the drinks I got so I can't complain and the 2 baristas were cracking jokes with each other and customers which is pretty rare to see sometimes so I have to give them the full 5 stars just don't expect this experience that I had for your visit. I got the new seasonal roasted chestnut latte and my S/O got the strawberry acai lemonade refresher without dried fruits they were both fine and they remembered to not add the fruits!Parking: Huge parking lot but you normally have to park pretty far away from the building but a little walking never hurt anybody“
“I used to avoid this Starbucks like the plague, but ever since the remodel this is my favorite store in Gainesville (and trust me I go to them all). The staff is always on point for being as busy as they and somehow are always smiling and pumping out quality drinks. If the RM Azra ever came out to this district I think would be proud of this store. I used to work for her when she was a store manager in St. Pete and her standards were set high. “Would be 5 stars for the coffee alone and how friendly their staff is, but goodness trying to get this coffee is like driving through the gates of h3ll. Takes about 15-20 minutes to get your coffee, I wont ever park and go inside because the line is usually wrapped around the building!“

“This Starbucks is usually pretty busy considering it is inside of the library. Still, when I went I got my food pretty quickly. I got the egg and bacon sandwich and I didn’t really like it. The bread was really dry.Their coffee is good though and like any other Starbucks. Also they don’t take gift cards at this location as do any other Starbucks that are on campus.“

“This Starbucks location was quite busy being located inside of the Oaks Mall; however, the Staff did an amazing job of having food and drink orders out in a timely and professional manner. This location is not well known for "pay-it-forward" but there are many individuals still participating in helping others by paying for their order. This changes the atmosphere of this location entirely. Very humble and grateful individuals are most common to be found alongside the usual mall crowd looking to get a drink and leave.Once again, the employees of this location -- amazing. I've been to many coffee shops and the baristas and staff are no where near as friendly as here.Do yourself a favor and stop in, and if you're able pay for the person behind you. Keep it going ?“
“Great service. The only complaint I would have is that the store was understaffed. The fresh coffee lights were blinking and two people were having to keep up with food and drink orders. The speed of service was good, and the staff was very friendly. Coffee was warm but could tell it was not recently brewed after being told it was fresh. The staff was doing the best with what they had.“
