“wow, I was blown away by the customer service. I’ve never been to a place and had a barista care for my order as much as Pierce did what a great guy he offered me suggestions through my allergies and make sure to comfort me every step of the way. i feel safe here thank you“

“No drive-thru mint I had to go into the store and take extra time to grab a coffee. It would have been wonderful except I didn't have extra time to spare. The staff are all very friendly and work quickly and efficiently to fill orders. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting.“

“When you roll in at the wee hours of the morning and people greet you with a smile it’s refreshing. While on business trips you need all this you can get. They make a mean matcha and do so with an extra helping of cheer. Thanks Starbucks employees that helped me start my day in the right direction. I appreciate you and all that you do. I see you.“

“I have been coming to this SB for over 4 years. The coffee and food are good. The people here are always nice. When I switched to decaffeinated drinks, the staff helped me figure out my new choices. I have used this location to put together Christmas lists for my children, do homework, study, and I even set up a first date here. This location has never been loud and there is a nice seating area outside.“

“I believe this Starbucks is a little bit slower than all the others I've been to. I've ordered a peppermint mocha here once and it tasted like some caramel drink. I didn't take it back cuz they were already way past the time id ordered it. Not sure if it was lack of help or if they were new Bariesta's 🤔.“

“Trevor has made my experience here!! Every time I come into Target and order coffee here I am instantly more excited to see him! He is always so friendly and kind, asking people about their day and being overall a very fun person to be around. I’ve asked him for recommendations before and he has given great ones every single time! He even offered to make me a new drink if I didn’t like the one I was trying. Overall, he is an amazing person and employee and I hope he’s treated well here because he deserves it!“

“Everyone here is so sweet! I didn't catch names but there was a bunch of girls working when I came in. I knocked over my drink and felt soooo dumb but they offered to remake it and cleaned up so quickly :') Overall very nice with amazing customer service.“

“One thing that I expect if I'm patronizing an establishment is please act as friendly as possible so that I want to come back and not avoid your store. Came through the drive through and expected a bit of pleasantry but the barista didn't smile and barely responded to me. Please let everyone know when they visit your store that they matter with the best persona of professionalism. There are a lot of other coffee places to go to and many options. Please try harder to be friendlier, genuinely.“

“A cozy coffee shop located in a beautiful old town. The place feels very calm and relaxing.

I ordered a chai latte, and it was really delicious. There were only two male staff members working at the time. They didn’t smile or speak in a very friendly way, but they were helpful.

The restroom was clean, which I really appreciated. Overall, a nice quiet place to enjoy a good cup of coffee.“

“I can’t say enough great things about the Starbucks at Butler Plaza in Gainesville! Every visit is a fantastic experience, thanks to the incredible staff. Libby, Michael, and Alivia consistently go above and beyond to provide the best customer service. They genuinely care about their jobs, and it shows in how they treat every customer.

From their warm smiles to their attentive service, I always feel welcomed and valued. They make my coffee runs a delight, and I appreciate how well they take care of me. There is no way I could make it thru my shifts without them! I truly look forward to seeing each and every one of the staff at this location every weekend.

“This Starbucks is usually pretty busy considering it is inside of the library. Still, when I went I got my food pretty quickly. I got the egg and bacon sandwich and I didn’t really like it. The bread was really dry.Their coffee is good though and like any other Starbucks. Also they don’t take gift cards at this location as do any other Starbucks that are on campus.“

“Ive went a total of once and they messed up my order but this barista Audrey was super nice, got my order correct, fixed the issue, and read my child a bedtime story while also saving my family from a house fire. Ps. I LOVED the music but was very disheartened when i heard they got rid of it.“
