Personally I don't trust starbucks imbedded into department stores or grocery stores because they're separately owned meaning they run on their own rules instead of Starbucks corporation rules for making drinks. The drinks won't be wildly different but normally they aren't made the exact same (I've worked for starbucks as my source). Located inside Target, this Starbucks has quick service with really friendly staff. The breakfast sandwiches were really hot, which is juice. Small seating area on the side. Gets busy so may have to stand or eat whole you shop!

We went in and ordered a latte with very light ice, and they filled it to the brim with ice. The drink was still good, but not what I asked. They were not busy so it wasn't that sort of issue.
