I admit I was frustrated, but nothing was going to change the situation so I let it go. I apologize I did not get the other employee’s name. I was caught off guard by how kind they all were to make sure I did not have a bad day from that happening. I greatly appreciate it, and their kindness came at a much needed time! “My First winter in the Villages, and l went into Starbucks, for a small coffee black, l don't have a Starbucks app., Mary, the "Barista", said l could get 25-points, and also said if l had my own cup, she could fill and l would get 10-cent credit. The coffee stayed hot, also ,warming my hands last night.The whole team was very friendly, it was the end of the day!! When we return to "Sumpter Landing" music, I'm definitely returning for coffee.“
