Starbucks in Ocala

“Everyone behind the counter was working extremely hard, however they were moving the drive thru orders first and I waited over 20 minutes inside thinking it would be quicker than the long drive thru line, LOL driving thru on my next visit 🤩“

“I get out of my car and come in here for my Starbucks to Target over other drive thru locations!!!! . Lucy is amazing and so kind on cashier, she knows you by name and your order ! I was very sad to hear she's leaving. I also love all the young staff there !!!! The blonde w her hair up is amazing ( sorry shes on days and I honestly dont know her name. Very, very nice !!!!!. Drinks always on par. The samples are unique and have me hooked on a few new drinks. They do a great job! Atmosphere is clean and kept neat.
I feel prices are steep but, ok for a nice treat. Great overall impression all around . Great experience always !! There is a young girl who does not fill the cup all the way I will be asking for that corrected in future. Maybe a training issue. Im not the only one per reviews ...“

“So the reason I’m making this review is we’ve got four or five different Starbucks in Ocala and I’m sure like most of us who drink Starbucks daily we frequent different ones this Starbucks right here is by far superior to the rest. I have a drink that I would call just a little bit complicated and it really is just one of their normal drinks broken down and for whatever reason none of the other Starbucks can get it right matter of fact, other ones have told me they physically can’t make my drink. I said well that’s funny. I’ve been getting it for like six years at a different Starbucks anyways if you want your drink made right every time all the time go to the Starbucks.“

“This is our stop on the way to Disney at least once a month. I order ahead and it’s always ready on time and made exactly how it’s supposed to be. The bathrooms are clean and the employees are always friendly and welcoming.“

“This Starbucks is my favorite in the area by far the service is awesome and fast and they r always busy and you never have to wait. The ppl are super friendly and amazing they know my name and my order and that's only ever happened for me at a few bars never a coffee shop“

“Shoutout to Rubi at the (Ocala) Starbucks for being the exact human we needed at 5–6 a.m. during a long, slightly miserable road trip from Miami, FL to Austin, TX 😅

We walked in tired, stressed, and running purely on fumes, and Rubi greeted us with the kind of energy, smile, and kindness that honestly felt like a second cup of coffee before we even ordered. She was upbeat, friendly, and just had that rare “you made my whole morning better” vibe.

Between the great coffee, the food, and Rubi’s personality, she turned our pit stop into a highlight of the trip. Starbucks is lucky to have her. Give that girl a raise!“

“Most people know Starbucks. It is what it is. But it does seem as though the staff have gotten more friendly, and the beverages have improved a bit. My recent experiences have been positive. Hopefully attitudes and beverages can continue to improve.“
