“Whoever was working at the Orange Park store on Kingsley today August 16th 2026 around 12:15 pm … AMAZING. Completely my own fault- I messed up my order on the mobile app and they helped me fix it and told me how I should order it next time. 3 people were helping me while they continued to work on the crazy long drive-thru line. I can’t even imagine having such excellent customer service anywhere else. Thank you guys!!!“
“This is more or less my regular Starbucks stop. Excellent customer service, specifically I would like to give a shout out to the barista’s Shane and Dacia, they are awesome! Both have a very friendly way in which they interact with the customers, pretty much in any and all circumstances and are both very good at their jobs. Coffee and food are good. Very busy store but it doesn’t affect how good the experience is.“
