“The Breakfast sandwiches offered here are pretty great!! But! They also do lunch!! Their coffee offerings are top notch and HANDMADE TO ORDER!! The service is equally exceptional! Not since going to Chick-fil-A have I seen anyone taking orders outside in the line of the drive thru! The interior was beautifully redone from the OLD Krystal burger joint. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. A GREAT ADDITION to our community!! A MUST GO!!“
“I lived in Jacksonville for 6 years and this is one of my favorite places in NE Florida. Great food, really nice desserts, and of course good coffee!I played jazz there regularly for a while and have great memories of my monthly gig. He was very polite and made an intentional gesture to have a conversation with me. I really appreciated that as I was headed out for a very busy day. Coffee was fantastic to boot! “Here's a "hidden gem"! Every drink is healthy and may be made healthier--all delicious. I received a LOLO gift from a friend and took my husband and our healthcare aide Tyrese to Loaded T Nutrition for the treat! You may get Coffees, Teas, and Shakes and--fair warning--it's hard to choose! I walked away with a Chocolate-covered Strawberry Shake; Tyrese had a Blueberry Cheesecake Shake; Dennis had a Salted-Caramel Coffee. Be aware, though, that the Teas and Coffees have lots of caffeine in them--the teas more than the coffee. There is a photo station, too, with a barn wall backdrop. Cute decor. The staff was very friendly and helpful!! I highly recommend Loaded T!!“
“I don’t go to Starbucks often but when I did I had a bad day and asked the person to make me a drink that would make me feel better… they did just that! Customer service was remarkable and the drink was fantastic! I hope they knew how greatful I was! It also was a matcha frappe y’all are amazing!!“
“For the most part this location is great , I’m a little aggy this morning because my XL HOT coffee was wrong which was amusing because the woman doubled checked that I wanted my coffee black with sugar so you would think you’re getting the coffee you order NOPE , now I know what you’re thinking .. why didn’t you double check , well when it was discussed at the speaker I didn’t think I was going to have to double check so yes there was a my bad on my end but cmon now all you gotta do is read the screen and or the little sticker that gets placed in the cup . It was my husbands coffee if it was mine I wouldn’t have cared . Also a hair on the Boston cream looked like a beard hair gray btw . Lol . Please double check the orders we work too hard for our money y’all should know this !! Also I can tell you who placed the coffee at the window next to the young man so invested in his conversation .“
“The only reason it is 4 stars and 5 stars on everything else is bc of the guy Chris at the window or it would be less, he literally stands there while waiting for the coffees to be made he does awkward small talk and takes orders while the people who are supposed to be making them are just talking away taking there time for drive thru… bless chris’ heart so sweet! He had to try and do what he had to till the ones making the coffee finished there convo first then finally finish making the coffees.. Why not chit chat after drinks are made and get the drive thru taken care of! I just wanted to scream in the window stop talking and finish making my damn coffee.. I come here almost every morning and never had to sit at that window as long as I did for two coffees that were basically the same only one hot and one cold and yet it took way longer than it had too!!!!“
“It's a new drive thru coffee stop on the Northside of Jax. Employees are warm and welcoming. I ordered the tuxedo latte... it was strong and sweet... I really love Italian coffee and this hit the spot! It was easily accessible and quick service.“
