Not only do the barista’s give you good customer service, but the quality is by far better by leaps and bounds compared to their competitor Starbucks to be honest there’s not really a competitor. I want to give a shout out to an exemplary employee at the Ellianos coffee shop on racetrack Road in St. John’s Florida, named JOHN. This gentleman was not only patiance , but was willing to make a different drink than I originally ordered just due to preference. His words exactly, “sir I’m here to make you the perfect drink.” What a professional young man and someone who took pride in what they do. That as a customer, I not only value but appreciate which makes me come back to this location over and over. Keep up the good work!“

“We stumbled on this place last night because we needed to go somewhere to wait for my daughter to get out of a concert. Not wanting a bar or restaurant, we found this coffee shop that was open to 1am. When we pulled up, I immediately felt like I was in Europe. Men sitting outside at tables drinking coffee and talking. When I walked inside and saw the menu, it brought me back to Bosnia and Herzegovina where the drink prices were under $3 for drinks! We asked the owner where he from and learned that he was from Sarajevo, Bosnia. He had been to Medjugorje so we talked about that for a few minutes. I got 2 large hot chai lattes and a big muffin for under $10. The atmosphere was great with lots of college aged students as well as old people my age 😂. There was music outside and art inside. This was the best vibe I got from a coffee shop in a long time. I can’t wait to go back!“

Didn’t have many customers (4 total) and I waited over 20 minutes for an Italian bubble sandwich. The crew wasn’t super quick to get things done. The sandwich was good but I feel like the customer service could be worked on.“

“Brew-Bakers is a great place to sit down over tea with friends, but what really shines is the desserts. They are one of the few places where the desserts are actually as good as homemade! We had them cater a graduation party and we had a mound cake (chocolate and coconut) and orange-flavored cupcakes. They were all INCREDIBLE. Many of us are skip the icing people when it's not homemade, not with these!“

If you don’t, I don’t want to know you…anyway, the hash brown casserole is better than that other place who tried do a “re-branding” mostly cuz I don’t see any onion chunks in it (cuz I am picky like a five year old and do not want to know if there are onions in my food). 🧅 Next, the donut cronut fried things are pretty good! I also like the scrambled eggs and bacon they use (cuz I am also picky about my bacon, duh). 🥓 Oh, and the coffee is also pretty good but I feel guilty because they give me a bunch of cream flavors that I won’t use and am afraid they just throw them out. “First- the dough nuts are not your run of the mill sort. They are fluffy not super dense. Huge plus when each doughnut is covered in a generous amount of decadent toppings. We tried the fan favorite 1/2 dozen. Finally the best part. Coffee. We got the following - Vanilla Bean Caramel macchiato White Chocolate Blondie with coconut milk All I can say is - we each sampled each others drinks. Perfection! Not bitter so the espresso is timed perfect, not overly sweet and oh so smoooth! I wish I had this at home it’s that yummy! 😍“

“So I forgot to do a google review back when I spoke with Callie at this location. Back on my birthday (6/16), I redeemed my free drink. Izzy took my order. So sweet & kind as everyone at this location is. Callie was doing my drinks, wrote on it but happily gave me birthday wishes. It seemed so genuine & these ladies are tremendous! So full of joy, appears they love what they do & interacting with the customers. Plus the drinks are top tier! Today, I picked up my drinks from Kenna who was also fantastic! “I stopped by this Starbucks, because my car is in the shop and I needed a place within walking distance (.9 miles) and wanted a place I could sit down in and enjoy my matcha latte. The facility is very nice and the batistas are very hospitable. But what was most heart-warming was when I witnessed one of the baristas sign with a hearing impaired customer to resolve a problem. The batista was professional and extremely nice, admitting that she had made the error and helping to fulfill the customer's needs. I am sure that there are many times that hearing impaired customers feel invisible. But, I am sure that this customer felt seen today. I want to thank that barista again for making my day and showing that there are people out there who still care.“

“I’ve only added coffee in my life over the last few months, and Ellianos is the only place I get it. Now I technically get a dessert (Turtle Freezer with cookie mix base), so can’t comment on standard coffee, but what I get is such a tasty treat. My favorite part of Ellianos is the customer service though. Every single encounter has been a helpful and friendly member of their team. I trust their consistency so much that I went to Ellianos when out of town while visiting with a loved one in the hospital for several days. My first visit the employee was the one that helped me pick the drink and suggested the cookie base, and she happened to be the one this morning that made my birthday treat. And she remembered me from all those months ago. Just an overall good experience with Ellianos. EDIT: They also have pup cups! We made sure to include a visit for one for my little rescue pupper’s gotcha/birthday celebration day with his favorite people, places, and things. They thought he was so cute in his birthday tie and took a pic for their wall.“

“My daughter and I go to starbucks daily as our treat. One of her staples is the strawberry acai refresher which is really good and tastes like strawberry, especially if you add in strawberry puree. Their new Canon ball drink is surprisingly refreshing and tastes good which I wasn't expecting since it combines two of the refreshers.... the strawberry acai and mango dragonfruit.....but it works! Cake pops are good and right now they have the red valentine heart pop. We often get the chocolate croissant warmed up which is really flaky, buttery and has a really good amount of chocolate and is not greasy like other places. Staff is super friendly and helpful, atmosphere is inviting and food is good! The egg bites seem small but are filling and taste really good! Coffee is top notch. I love the blonde vanilla latte and caramel lattes but honestly you're only limited by your imagination on your coffee orders. Would highly recommend compared to Dunkin because regardless of starbucks I go to...... service, quality of food and drinks is always good and consistent unlike dunkin donuts coffee/ drinks.“

“While visiting Florida from out of town, my 2 year old daughter and I stopped in for a cup of coffee and a bite to eat. The two women working there were unbelievably kind and welcoming. They gave my daughter a lathe, which was such a thoughtful gesture. There was also another young girl there, who I believe was their daughter or granddaughter, and she played with my daughter the entire time. She was so polite and sweet, and it made the visit even more enjoyable. The coffee was excellent and the chocolate chip pound cake was delicious. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town.“

This location is beginning to disappoint. The joyful greeting and attentive service that was once my favorite part of this chain has diminished. Nothing like being completely ignored by staff when you're waiting at the counter to completely ruin an experience. Went to Einstein down the road and had a great breakfast.

This place is amazing! I love the food and I’m so happy that it’s not just some boring run of the mill American diner. I’m sick of those. This place? The food has actual flavor and the mimosas are delicious. The biscuits are the fluffiest I’ve ever had. I got their squawking goat before peppy jelly and goat cheese are my favorite snack combos. The sandwich did not disappoint. I will be back.“

I told her I was getting ready to pick up my 8 year old from her first day at a new school and that I hoped it was a great day because she was nervous about switching in the middle of the year.
