“So I just moved here in florida recently and I’ve gotten a few drinks from this Starbucks before and the service has been pretty good. However, today I went in, and a (55 year old or so) man made a creepy comment to me (I am 15). When the three employees behind the counter found out what he said to me, they kept apologizing and saying they feel horrible. He ended up leaving about 1 minute after he spoke to me, and the employees were all extremely kind to me. They made sure that I was comfortable after what had happened, so I wanted to write this review to applaud this location’s hospitality. Thank you to all three of you working in this location when I came in today. I really appreciate your kindness. Side note: the iced peppermint mocha never fails to be amazing.“

“We walked in on my mothers birthday and got a dozen donuts. They were soooo good! The two employees were nice and made the atmosphere very lively and welcoming. They heard us talking about how we would get the French toast donut next time we came, so they gave it to us for free. The donuts were hot, fresh, and delicious! “I lived in Jacksonville for 6 years and this is one of my favorite places in NE Florida. Great food, really nice desserts, and of course good coffee!I played jazz there regularly for a while and have great memories of my monthly gig. Not since going to Chick-fil-A have I seen anyone taking orders outside in the line of the drive thru! The interior was beautifully redone from the OLD Krystal burger joint. We called them "croissant donuts" because they tasted similar to croissants, which was really cool.
