“Ellianos has to be my favorite on the go coffee shop there is. Not only do the barista’s give you good customer service, but the quality is by far better by leaps and bounds compared to their competitor Starbucks to be honest there’s not really a competitor. I want to give a shout out to an exemplary employee at the Ellianos coffee shop on racetrack Road in St. John’s Florida, named JOHN. This gentleman was not only patiance , but was willing to make a different drink than I originally ordered just due to preference. His words exactly, “sir I’m here to make you the perfect drink.” What a professional young man and someone who took pride in what they do. That as a customer, I not only value but appreciate which makes me come back to this location over and over. Keep up the good work!“

“My husband and I went here this morning for a coffee and it was amazing! The lady at the counter was very friendly and we both ordered Americano, his was hot and mine was iced and they were both amazing. The atmosphere was comfortable and cozy. “We stumbled on this place last night because we needed to go somewhere to wait for my daughter to get out of a concert. Not wanting a bar or restaurant, we found this coffee shop that was open to 1am. When we pulled up, I immediately felt like I was in Europe. Men sitting outside at tables drinking coffee and talking. When I walked inside and saw the menu, it brought me back to Bosnia and Herzegovina where the drink prices were under $3 for drinks! We asked the owner where he from and learned that he was from Sarajevo, Bosnia. He had been to Medjugorje so we talked about that for a few minutes. I got 2 large hot chai lattes and a big muffin for under $10. The atmosphere was great with lots of college aged students as well as old people my age 😂. There was music outside and art inside. This was the best vibe I got from a coffee shop in a long time. I can’t wait to go back!“

Didn’t have many customers (4 total) and I waited over 20 minutes for an Italian bubble sandwich. The crew wasn’t super quick to get things done. “Brew-Bakers is a great place to sit down over tea with friends, but what really shines is the desserts. They are one of the few places where the desserts are actually as good as homemade! We had them cater a graduation party and we had a mound cake (chocolate and coconut) and orange-flavored cupcakes. They were all INCREDIBLE. Many of us are skip the icing people when it's not homemade, not with these!“

If you don’t, I don’t want to know you…anyway, the hash brown casserole is better than that other place who tried do a “re-branding” mostly cuz I don’t see any onion chunks in it (cuz I am picky like a five year old and do not want to know if there are onions in my food). 🧅 Next, the donut cronut fried things are pretty good! I also like the scrambled eggs and bacon they use (cuz I am also picky about my bacon, duh). 🥓 Oh, and the coffee is also pretty good but I feel guilty because they give me a bunch of cream flavors that I won’t use and am afraid they just throw them out. “Took 2 of my daughters and my nephew to try some smoothies yesterday and it was amazing! We had a Nutella Bliss, 2 Island Oasis and a Cocoloco (as a smoothie)… they were delicious! The staff was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful answering all of our questions. Highly recommended!“

“First- the dough nuts are not your run of the mill sort. They are fluffy not super dense. Huge plus when each doughnut is covered in a generous amount of decadent toppings. We tried the fan favorite 1/2 dozen. Finally the best part. Coffee. We got the following - Vanilla Bean Caramel macchiato White Chocolate Blondie with coconut milk All I can say is - we each sampled each others drinks. Perfection! Not bitter so the espresso is timed perfect, not overly sweet and oh so smoooth! I wish I had this at home it’s that yummy! 😍“

“I stopped by this Starbucks, because my car is in the shop and I needed a place within walking distance (.9 miles) and wanted a place I could sit down in and enjoy my matcha latte. The facility is very nice and the batistas are very hospitable. But what was most heart-warming was when I witnessed one of the baristas sign with a hearing impaired customer to resolve a problem. The batista was professional and extremely nice, admitting that she had made the error and helping to fulfill the customer's needs. I am sure that there are many times that hearing impaired customers feel invisible. But, I am sure that this customer felt seen today. I want to thank that barista again for making my day and showing that there are people out there who still care.“

The drive-through moves faster than it has any right to. I don't know how they do it but I'm not complaining. If you're in the Argyle area and haven't stopped here yet, you're missing out — it's the best one in Jacksonville.“

“This is a coffee chain franchise rapidly growing throughout the U.S. with the majority of their stores located in Florida. The coffee and atmosphere is nice. They roast and sell their own coffee with a rotating supply of single origin coffee from countries like Ethiopia, Kenya, Mexico, Columbia, Peru, Honduras, etc. It is very unique that they sell coffee from Kenya as it’s rarely seen sold in stores. So try some before it’s out! Many of their locations offer Kelly’s Icecream also so try an Affogato (icecream with espresso) if you’re feeling adventurous. As a critique, the biggest two areas they are lacking in is their food and on the tech side of things. None of their food is made in house or at a nearby bakery like many other coffee shops offer. So their food is more like ‘Starbucks packaged food’ that is highly processed instead of ‘homemade style’. They could easily make some adjustments to elevate their food options like other cafes offer. On the tech side- some of their promotions are confusing. Even staff don’t understand them. A recent promotion said ‘buy one e-card get one free’. What’s an e-card?? It turns out it’s a gift card but no one uses that lingo for its gift cards. Just say ‘gift card’ please.“

“My daughter and I go to starbucks daily as our treat. One of her staples is the strawberry acai refresher which is really good and tastes like strawberry, especially if you add in strawberry puree. Their new Canon ball drink is surprisingly refreshing and tastes good which I wasn't expecting since it combines two of the refreshers.... the strawberry acai and mango dragonfruit.....but it works! Cake pops are good and right now they have the red valentine heart pop. We often get the chocolate croissant warmed up which is really flaky, buttery and has a really good amount of chocolate and is not greasy like other places. Staff is super friendly and helpful, atmosphere is inviting and food is good! The egg bites seem small but are filling and taste really good! Coffee is top notch. I love the blonde vanilla latte and caramel lattes but honestly you're only limited by your imagination on your coffee orders. Would highly recommend compared to Dunkin because regardless of starbucks I go to...... service, quality of food and drinks is always good and consistent unlike dunkin donuts coffee/ drinks.“

“I’ve only added coffee in my life over the last few months, and Ellianos is the only place I get it. Now I technically get a dessert (Turtle Freezer with cookie mix base), so can’t comment on standard coffee, but what I get is such a tasty treat. My favorite part of Ellianos is the customer service though. Every single encounter has been a helpful and friendly member of their team. I trust their consistency so much that I went to Ellianos when out of town while visiting with a loved one in the hospital for several days. My first visit the employee was the one that helped me pick the drink and suggested the cookie base, and she happened to be the one this morning that made my birthday treat. And she remembered me from all those months ago. Just an overall good experience with Ellianos. EDIT: They also have pup cups! We made sure to include a visit for one for my little rescue pupper’s gotcha/birthday celebration day with his favorite people, places, and things. They thought he was so cute in his birthday tie and took a pic for their wall.“

“While visiting Florida from out of town, my 2 year old daughter and I stopped in for a cup of coffee and a bite to eat. The two women working there were unbelievably kind and welcoming. They gave my daughter a lathe, which was such a thoughtful gesture. There was also another young girl there, who I believe was their daughter or granddaughter, and she played with my daughter the entire time. She was so polite and sweet, and it made the visit even more enjoyable. The coffee was excellent and the chocolate chip pound cake was delicious. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town.“

This location is beginning to disappoint. The joyful greeting and attentive service that was once my favorite part of this chain has diminished. Nothing like being completely ignored by staff when you're waiting at the counter to completely ruin an experience. Went to Einstein down the road and had a great breakfast.

This place is amazing! I love the food and I’m so happy that it’s not just some boring run of the mill American diner. I’m sick of those. This place? The food has actual flavor and the mimosas are delicious. The biscuits are the fluffiest I’ve ever had. I got their squawking goat before peppy jelly and goat cheese are my favorite snack combos. The sandwich did not disappoint. I will be back.“
