“Breeze has a really friendly, cozy atmosphere with a great local, neighborhood feel. I stopped in for an iced coffee, which was good and reasonably priced, and the service was excellent—very friendly and welcoming.

What really makes this place stand out is that comfortable, local home-away-from-home feeling. Along with coffee, they also offer beer from local breweries and a nice selection of wine, which makes it a great spot whether you’re stopping in for coffee or looking to relax with a drink.

It’s a great place to walk to if you’re nearby. Parking can be a little limited, and there isn’t a lot of outdoor seating, but neither would keep me from coming back.

“Great brunch with great service. Approx. 60 min wait was on a Sunday at prime brunch time like 11:30am. Extremely dog friendly if you sit outside, multiple staff interacted with him and brought him a pup cup and water bowl! Food was great and easy to order exactly what you need with options for dietary restrictions. Vegan pancakes are delicious. Our server Becca was very attentive and friendly! Approx.“

“My favorite coffee! The fact that you can get Bold Bean without having to drive to South Jax Beach is a win! Like BB, their syrups and cold foam are high quality and they have all sorts of inventive drinks (non-coffee too!). Branding and name are very appealing and I like the outdoor area. “Clean establishment, was close to our hotel which helped as our hotel ran out of espresso so we were able to walk there in just a few minutes. I like Starbucks coffee and this location was worth the trip, I like both there hot and cold brews and we also got breakfast, all in all it was a great experience. Staff was very helpful and very pleasant, when we come back I will visit again. I also loked the walk up window, thought this was a great beach addition.“

So sweet & kind as everyone at this location is. Callie was doing my drinks, wrote on it but happily gave me birthday wishes. It seemed so genuine & these ladies are tremendous! So full of joy, appears they love what they do & interacting with the customers. Plus the drinks are top tier! Today, I picked up my drinks from Kenna who was also fantastic! “My siblings and I visited here looking for gluten free baked goods and we were BLOWN AWAY🥹🥹🥹 We got a chocolate chip cookie, vanilla donut, and cinnamon roll (which had really amazing thick glaze by the way!) “I had family in the emergency room and we were waiting for them and while we did we decided to go into zest for something to eat. I had the roasted vegetable flatbread and it was amazing! They are artistically decorated the flatbread with a mix of vegetables, basil pesto and a balsamic reduction. It hit the spot and was great. Comfort food and all the staff were super friendly and fun. I even saw one dancing a little bit to the music that was in the cafe. They will feed you and cheer you up. And just outside is the wonderful Mayo atrium where you can wait where it is peaceful and you can watch the waterfall outside the window.“

I absolutely adore you both and have supported this location from the beginning. Every time I come through, I’m greeted with kindness, warmth, and genuine customer service. Today especially, after having a frustrating experience elsewhere, I came across the street to Scooters and was reminded what good service actually feels like.

I was greeted kindly, treated like an actual person, and was in and out of the line in less than two minutes. No attitude, no rushing me, no making me feel like an inconvenience. Just friendly people doing their jobs and making a customer’s day a little better. That might sound like a small thing, but it genuinely isn’t. Customer service matters. Being kind matters. The way you make someone feel when they interact with your business matters.

And Kris and Edward, you have built a business where that kindness really shows. I’m grateful to have supported you since you opened, and today was just another reminder that I’m apparently not built for cheating. 😂

Had the pleasure of meeting someone here on a Tuesday and grabbing a drink at the church which I think is pretty awesome. If you’re looking for a new place to visit and try out some coffee, I’d recommend giving The Loft a shot!“

“Went to the bike shop to get my canyon tri bike worked on and Hunter/Alex were great. Hunter was very methodical with it and explained everything he did and what was worked on etc. I live 30 min away but will drive to the shop because of the quality of work/service they provide.“

“We frequently go have Swedish meatballs (awesome), with a vegetable, mashed potatoes and gravy, followed by an excellent desert and great coffee. Yesterday the mashed potatoes were the worst I ever had, peas were not available for another 20 minutes and I opted for corn and squash which was a mistake 🤦‍♀️ . “We had such a great experience thanks to Nico at 490 Marsh Landing Parkway! He was incredibly nice and welcoming from the moment we walked in. His friendly attitude made us feel instantly comfortable, and you could tell he genuinely cares about providing great customer service.

Nico was super quick and efficient, but never made us feel rushed. He took the time to get our drink orders just right — and they turned out perfectly! You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work.

It’s not every day you meet someone who’s not only professional but also brings such a positive energy to your visit. Nico truly went above and beyond — we left with smiles on our faces and drinks in hand!
