Normal Starbucks. Associates have attitudes most of the time, sometimes you will get someone that's happy to have a job but not usually. They are ALWAYS out of items needed to make drinks and have no signage saying drink or item is unavailable. Because of that, you stand in a very long line, only to find out they don't have what you have been waiting for. They offer no solutions, they just get an attitude. Drinks come out okay. Nothing special about this location for sure.
Typically go to this Starbucks on my regular target run! Today it was unfamiliar staff, and I ordered a pink drink with lite ice. The barista filled the cup up with ice and I said sorry it's suppose to be lite ice, she scooped some ice out, and handed me my beverage with 1/3 of my cup empty... I just paid almost $6 for a venti drink with lite ice to not leave with a partially empty cup. The employee looked annoyed and typically I would ask for a remake but did not want to take...read full review

I ordered my usual Brown Sugar shaken Expresso and I must say it was the best I've ever had in a while, I know the recipes as I used to manage a Starbucks. The Barista - Patty - was friendly and provided an excellent experience. Kudos to her, as we have had several bad experiences with other baristas in the past.
