“Long time customer, and i usually have nothing but good things to say about this place, but i have one gripe.
I've ordered a Sauerdough sandwich twice, and both times, only one side of the sandwich was cooked.
The uncooked side was soft, soggy and disgusting.
Thankfully, the second time this happened, the bloke working-i think his name is Luke- took back the sandwich, and cooked both sides.
It was brilliant then.
I guess I'm confused as to why they would only cook one side, but hey, at least Luke was more than willing to make it right.

“Ellianos has to be my favorite on the go coffee shop there is. Not only do the barista’s give you good customer service, but the quality is by far better by leaps and bounds compared to their competitor Starbucks to be honest there’s not really a competitor. I want to give a shout out to an exemplary employee at the Ellianos coffee shop on racetrack Road in St. John’s Florida, named JOHN. This gentleman was not only patiance , but was willing to make a different drink than I originally ordered just due to preference. His words exactly, “sir I’m here to make you the perfect drink.” What a professional young man and someone who took pride in what they do. That as a customer, I not only value but appreciate which makes me come back to this location over and over. Keep up the good work!“

“We stumbled on this place last night because we needed to go somewhere to wait for my daughter to get out of a concert. Not wanting a bar or restaurant, we found this coffee shop that was open to 1am. When we pulled up, I immediately felt like I was in Europe. Men sitting outside at tables drinking coffee and talking. When I walked inside and saw the menu, it brought me back to Bosnia and Herzegovina where the drink prices were under $3 for drinks! We asked the owner where he from and learned that he was from Sarajevo, Bosnia. He had been to Medjugorje so we talked about that for a few minutes. I got 2 large hot chai lattes and a big muffin for under $10. The atmosphere was great with lots of college aged students as well as old people my age 😂. There was music outside and art inside. This was the best vibe I got from a coffee shop in a long time. I can’t wait to go back!“

“So I forgot to do a google review back when I spoke with Callie at this location. Back on my birthday (6/16), I redeemed my free drink. Izzy took my order. So sweet & kind as everyone at this location is. Callie was doing my drinks, wrote on it but happily gave me birthday wishes. It seemed so genuine & these ladies are tremendous! So full of joy, appears they love what they do & interacting with the customers. Plus the drinks are top tier! Today, I picked up my drinks from Kenna who was also fantastic! Told her Dutch Bros reminds me of Chick-fil-a with how happy, professional & efficient their operations are!

“My siblings and I visited here looking for gluten free baked goods and we were BLOWN AWAY🥹🥹🥹 We got a chocolate chip cookie, vanilla donut, and cinnamon roll (which had really amazing thick glaze by the way!) ALL GLUTEN FREE AND DELICIOUS. Vanilla donut was our person fav but everything was 10/10. Also Brooke had phenomenal service, helped us so much, and made us feel super welcome. Thank you Sippers!!! “I stopped by this Starbucks, because my car is in the shop and I needed a place within walking distance (.9 miles) and wanted a place I could sit down in and enjoy my matcha latte. The facility is very nice and the batistas are very hospitable. But what was most heart-warming was when I witnessed one of the baristas sign with a hearing impaired customer to resolve a problem. The batista was professional and extremely nice, admitting that she had made the error and helping to fulfill the customer's needs. I am sure that there are many times that hearing impaired customers feel invisible. But, I am sure that this customer felt seen today. I want to thank that barista again for making my day and showing that there are people out there who still care.“

“It’s so convenient to have a Starbucks inside Baptist South Hospital, so you don’t have to leave the building. I have used this location a couple of times, and they are always great! Just a note: there are two Starbucks near this hospital, so if you need a quieter place to study, work, chat with your friends, or a meeting, consider going to the other location.“

“I got a London fog latte on 10/3/2022. I also got one last week from the same Starbucks. Both times the person taking the order was super friendly. I forgot what my order name was and they helped me out. Both times the person who took my payment was super friendly and chatty. I felt nice after leaving. “We frequently go have Swedish meatballs (awesome), with a vegetable, mashed potatoes and gravy, followed by an excellent desert and great coffee. Yesterday the mashed potatoes were the worst I ever had, peas were not available for another 20 minutes and I opted for corn and squash which was a mistake 🤦‍♀️ . “I have been going to this Starbucks since moving to stagustine it has never disappointed me but I do have some ideas, add more table because on weekdays when I got to do work I have to do it on a tiny little table with no room for my laptop drink and notebook,next is to add more outlets for people who work their. Other than those things I think this Starbucks is amazing I saw a few reviews that said that Starbucks wouldn’t offer a refund or change the drink I have never had a problem with that“

“Very nice Starbucks on Baymeadows Rd in Jacksonville, Florida. As usual my Chai Latte is perfect! We come in this area about once or twice a year so will definitely visit again since this establishment is within walking distance of our hotel. Great patio seating with umbrellas on two sides of the building. They have a very busy drive thru and lots of parking is available with designated handicap parking areas.“
