“This is the BEST local coffee shop! They come up with fun seasonal drinks but also have the classics. The food options are nice and include gluten-free treats which my son loves. They also are big supporters of other local businesses and sell things like local honey, baked goods, and elderberry syrup. Traffic in front of the cafe can be crazy at certain times but it is well worth it to stop here. Oh! And the staff is also friendly, personable, and all-around amazing.“

“When I tell you amaretti’s IS THE ONLY BAKERY SHOP I go to in Jax. I grew up in Jacksonville and my mom lives there, so I visit Jacksonville frequently, so whenever you get the chance, THIS IS A MUSSTTTT VISIITTTT. During birthdays, I typically buy whole pies or cakes. One time I got a whole cheesecake and it only came to like $50-70 I believe (idk, this was like 2 years ago) and I didn’t have to pre-order (you can only do this if they have it available). Best cheesecake and that Kentucky derby pie IS AMAZING!! Sells out quickly, so if you want a whole pie or guaranteed specific pie, I’d recommend going early!“
“I purchased the turkey, provolone, lettuce and tomato crepe. Very filling! Worth the almost $10 price. To drink I had the tiramisu cafelatte. Super delicious. New favorite in fact.The woman working was sweet and made my order with care.I was a bit worried about ordering something with "fresh" veggies, because I have had bad experience at other places. However everything was fresh and crisp as it should be!On a previous stop I purchased the Nutella and strawberry crepe. Which I enjoyed very much. And with that I had the caramel cafelatte. Also very good (this tiramisu one is king though).This will become one of my regular spots for a filling healthier lunch.“

“Macarons are of very high quality and a large variety of flavors are offered. I'm most impressed with the Madagascar Vanilla and Red Velvet flavors. The Napoleon is also of excellent quality, but it out of stock many times we have visited. The Macarons are pricy, but are of high enough quality to warrant it as a treat. Solid dessert shop.“

“We had a restaurant reservation a few blocks away from Foxtail and we were an hour and a half early so we stopped by here. I'm really plain when I drink coffee - black with no sugar but since we have time to kill I ordered something out of the ordinary - cafe con leche. I like it. Not too sweet and very hot. I don't know if I'll order it again but it's good for tonight.“

“The staff here are the best. And Amanda gives this Starbucks a small coffee shop feel. I will personally choose a smaller local coffee shop like urban bean over Starbucks. But because of Amanda and the staff I chose to come to Starbucks 8/10 times I go to get coffee and study. You can tell that she cares about the people that come in and greets them with the small town customer service that brings people back.“
“I would literally live in this place if I could. I moved from Mandarin to the west side of Jacksonville but continue to exclusively shop at this Target. I happily make the 30+ minute drive across the bridge to do any of my shopping. Any trip to Target wouldn't be complete without stopping by Starbucks. I've seen an incredible turnaround in the best way since Chandler took over as manager. The cafe area is spotless and they've never gotten a drink wrong. All of the employees seem so happy and the service is incredible. I actually go out of my way when I'm in the area to go to that Starbucks instead of the stand alone across the street. T, Dom, Kevin, Chandler, Heather and everyone else are all amazing assets to this store. The excellent leadership really shows what a difference treating your employees with respect does. Myself and my two little girls are on a first name basis with most of the baristas. It's really rare to find people that take the time to get to know their customers. They have gone above and beyond for me more times than I can even count on all of my fingers and toes combined. It's really spectacular to see employees that actually enjoy their job and the people that they work with/for. I pass at least 4 Targets and probably 10 Starbucks stores to get to the Southside location, and it's worth it every time. 10/10, best Starbucks in the history of Starbucks.“
