“Every Kookaburra is just darling. Each one has a bit of a different vibe. This one is more beachy with cute patio seating surrounded partially by a fence. The Aussie pies are great and there are veggie options. The pastries are also yummy. I don’t drink coffee, yet my sister does and just orders americanos or decaf ones and likes them. There are a variety of waters and juices to buy as well. We happen to love the merch!!!! The custom made coffee and espresso cups are gorgeous. The artist designed T-shirts are really clever. There are different ones for each location! We hunted down the one I wanted and the one my sister wanted at the couple of different locations. Sure we could’ve ordered them online, but that’s not as fun. I love that there is an Aussie-ness to some of the customers at this location. I could tell in clothes they wore, brands and graphics on T-shirts, and accents they had. It added to the darling-ness of Kookaburra. The other locations downtown and south on the island are cute as well. I haven’t gotten to all of them. But I’m sure I will.

“Staff acts like they are doing you a favor by existing. The food is poorly constructed garbage. The wait time is long, which is worth it for good decent food, but not here. Served an egg sandwhich with not even enough egg to cover 1/2 of one piece of toast. Asked for another egg, was refused. The woman then walked into the kitchen right next to us and starting talking negatively about me knowing I could hear. I was with my 4 and 7 year old and my daughter noticed it. She has a reputation in town for being nasty. She assumes you are a tourist and doesnt care about the quality of her product because she counts on you not coming back to the town anyway. She already has your money, who cares if you had good service or decent food. The bathrooms are as gross as the way you are treated as a patron. Read all the reviews SOOOO many are people having the same experience!“

“The Witty Whisker is such a delight to visit! The cats have so much charm and personality to them. The staff take good care of everything, the cat room is spacious and accommodating, and the menu has good variety to it. If you want to relax with a nice drink and some adorable kittens, I would highly recommend the Witty Whisker.“

“I got a London fog latte on 10/3/2022. I also got one last week from the same Starbucks. Both times the person taking the order was super friendly. I forgot what my order name was and they helped me out. Both times the person who took my payment was super friendly and chatty. I felt nice after leaving. “I love Kookaburra Coffee. I have it a few times a week depending on my route. I rate it as the best “coffee” in town. They disappointed me this morning though. I was next in line to order. However, one of the workers walked up and refilled her own cup with the last of the drip coffee, and they didn’t have a back up. They were going to make more, but I had already been standing in line for 10 minutes and was now running late for my appointment. It just felt very unprofessional. Granted I’m in a terrible mood because I haven’t had my coffee yet, but maybe if the barista was working a bit more efficiently and running a little less on good vibes, the situation would have been avoided. Not sure if I will return to this store again.

UPDATE: I have since returned. The quality of the coffee is just too good to pass up. Although I am still unhappy with this particular experience, overall this is an excellent coffee shop with very dedicated baristas.“

“The best Dunkin location in town. I went through the drive thru this morning after a vet appointment. I asked for a pupachino, and the staff gave my puppy the most amazing pupachino! Thank you to the staff, you are amazing!“

“I walked in and said I want something cold, sweet and with caramel. The woman at the register gave me a long list of options. She knew her stuff. Was very nice and friendly. She didn't know it was my birthday and it was a great start to turning 31! I believe it was a caramel crunch Frappuccino and it was SOOO good. Exactly what I was looking for. And the bacon, gouda, and egg sandwich was pretty good too.“

“It was good but there was a wee bit of a wait. But what got me was that, there is no phone number to this Starbucks location that I could find. The phone number listed is only for Target but when it "transfers" you to Starbucks it automatically hangs up. If you call back it hangs up again. Call back again and it says that this is not a valid number. So that part was a bit frustrating.But the guy who made my brown sugar shaken espresso did an excellent job and the girls were polite and real friendly and it was a good visit.Also, I was glad they take the app here at this location. Some target Starbucks don't accept the Starbucks app (or they used to not accept it, idk things might have changed) so I'm glad for that. Helped me get my much needed (60+) stars. :)“

“The thing that separates this foxtail from other foxtails I've been to is the service. I went there two days in a row to get my morning coffee and the employees were very warm and friendly and made my drink very quickly. I wish this foxtail was closer to me. As I was on vacation in St Augustine.“
