“The product here I find to be one of a kind. Their gourmet popsicles are awesome. I've tried all different flavors, including the boozy ones. So many flavors to choose from too. If you have any questions, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. This location is very cute as well. Right in the touristy section of old town.“

“After a hot day at the beach, a walk downtown St George, and just looking for an ice cream shop for my niece, we serendipitously came across the Castillo ice cream and coffee shop. The Castillo is a quaint, delightful shop, with a relaxing atmosphere, poised just across from the Castillo de San Marco Fort with a calming view. The iced vanilla latte was one of the best I’ve ever sampled in a while. The owner, who was working today, was extremely helpful and truly delightful! This locally owned business is well maintained, with superb quality, and plenty of menu options to choose from.- A must visit for the ice cream enthusiast or the coffee aficionado!“
“Quick bite a couple nights ago with the kiddo at The Grilled Cheese Gallery downtown! They take grilled cheese to another level. We tried one with Mac & cheese, chicken, chipotle sauce and one with Brie, bacon, raspberry & balsamic glaze. They were both delicious and the people there were super friendly! Kids Mac & cheese (not picture) was a really good portion and equally good! The homemade hibiscus lemonade? was good as well!Kid-friendliness: Kids mac & cheese was a great portion, she loved it and she felt very comfortable eating there!“
“THE best homemade popsicles, period. Tried just about every flavor and have yet to find a complaint. Not overly sweet or syrupy, creative contains, and some special ones for adults as well. Each location is super cool with unique art and a vibing atmosphere!Dietary restrictions: Plenty of vegan and/or egg free options. Also ones without nuts.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of places to sit, neat art all around and friendly staff who have no complaints of wild kids smeared in melted popsicle juice.“
“Great service- patient with the kids. A small little hole in the wall with a cute vibe between DJs Clam House and Causteaus Waffles. Outside tables, kids ordered a slushy with jelly boba and a peach green tea with popping boba. Sweet and good for them, but also offer other less sweet options.“
“My wife and I stopped in this place to get some coffee ice cream. I got coffee crunch, which had big chunks of chocolate in it and some crunchy stuff. I don't know what it was but it was delicious. I had it in the sugar cone. My wife got dark chocolate raspberry ice creamwhich she said was terrific, not my taste, but she loved it. Young lady behind the counter was terrific. She was nice. She was smiling she gave us taste of the ice cream, easy five star.“
“The ice-cream taste great but it needs more creativity. The flight Sundae is just the scoops of ice-cream. Everything else is added. This place was full and the sole server was doing her best to charge you and to serve you. When you have that environment it is hard to get creative. Specially since the menu itself has nothing creative other than tossing the toppings on top of the scoops..“
“Our favorite must have ice cream in Florida. I think we must have visited all the locations around Jacksonville, St Augustine and Ponte Vedra. Everything tastes intensely like the flavors it imbues. Favorite flavors: chocolate datil, green tea honey, bourbon pecan. Get the card punched for free scoops. Ask about gluten free flavors, not many are.“
“We were visiting from south Florida this past week and decided to come give it try ,an Omg soooo good. Was amazing. Great service, nice clean establishment, the Sundae was to die for ,I literally inhaled it in minutes.!!! Can't wait to come “
“We decide to skip dinner and go for the ice cream. This place looked nice so we stopped by chance. Great choice. They have many flavors, and it was hard to pick. I had the Brookie blast. Brownie, chocolate chips, and chocolate syrup. Great choice. I am not a big ice cream eater but loved this stuff and would diffenitly go back. The scoop was large, and the ice cream was creamy My husband, who is an expert in ice creams said "one of the best he has had"“
“Captain Cone is slinging three oat-based vegan flavors to the denizens of the St. Augustine south area. I had the Oreo / cookie crumble flavor. Pretty good! It’s always fun putting sugar inside you. Bonus points for a clearly labeled “non-dairy” list of items (although non-dairy == vegan). The person working wasn’t exactly promoting the vegan flavors when I inquired (“they taste a lil’ different if you’re not used to ‘em…”) but she was nice enough when answering my questions.“
“After being contacted by the company asking if I would give them another try and I did. Have to say that they meant what they said about improving on service and consistency of menu items. I still do not agree with their tipping system. A person is asked at checkout to tip before receiving their menu items. How do you know if your service will be good or if the menu item will be as expected? Lots of places do this but that doesn't make it right. Tipping is for good service. You can't tip for good service if you haven't received it yet. Other than that, I highly recommend you try Whits.“
“Positively the best fast food place in town!I don't even like to call it a "fast food" restaurant because the quality of their food and service is way above average.Culvers Deluxe, Onion Rings, Corn Dog, and Root Beer is my go-to!My mother absolutely loves their hot fudge sundaes.Keep up the great work!“
“Cousteau’s bolsters a delicious selection of specialty shakes/waffles. I got the simple waffle bites with a Stevesie shake, these are fantastic alone and together and I recommended dunking the waffles in your shake. The shake is also a good drink to stay full and hydrated while walking around in the heat. I highly recommend this spot to anyone, and would return again myself if back around St. Augustine.“
“Stopped to check out the food trucks there and pleased to see this one. Small ice cream treat business with a ton of choices. Got a large Double Up and it was unbelievably delicious. The soft serve was fresh and like a custard style while the cherry gelato was so flavorful. Can't wait to try something else on the menu.“
“This little shop next to the Old Town Trolley has some reasonably priced souvenirs. They are probably the cheapest place if you are looking for a shirt. The museum attached to the store is just okay. It is very small and doesn’t have a lot in it. Luckily it was included in our trolley ticket price. I’m glad we didn’t pay separately.“
“I had the Pineapple Dole Whip in a cone a week ago and I can't stop thinking about it! I was hoping the little Dole frozen cups I found at Publix would be a good comp but they're so bland compared to Likit's. Next time we go back I will def be stopping by!“
“We were due for a sweet treat, so I surprised my family with a visit to Rita's! I enjoyed my small frozen custard sundae with double rainbow sprinkles, chocolate fudge and a cherry! I had decided to forgo the whipped cream this time.It was the perfect way to complete our evening as we walked over the see the beach just after high tide with our frozen custard in hand! Thanks Rita's!“
“Really enjoyed getting a double scoop of Cookie Monster and PB Cup in a waffle bowl from Tedi's! There was a large variety of flavors so I feel that I couldn't have gone wrong trying other options, but typically these are my go-to favorites. What really stood out for me was how long it took to eat the ice cream, because it stayed frozen. The fat content must have been very high and as such was very creamy and high quality, they don't skimp on the flavor! Will have to go back and try some other flavors!“
“Stopped here first time with 4 friends from out of town. Tried a Butter Crunch ice cream that was good. Seeing up hard dip ice creams with fun names. Also have shakes but didn't try,, yet..Super nice guy running the place and serving up the delicious ice creams. Place seemed clean and fancy. Small parking lot right in front.“
“A place to think, unlike you'd think. I've never relaxed more and enjoyed my time at a coffee shop other than this One! Foxtail's elegant atmosphere, outstanding staff, along with amazing attention to detail through the establishment has me wanting to spend more time here, if only there was enough time in the day to get everything done how we'd like.. Either way, I highly recommend 10/10 ?“
“I just tried Bruster's and it is excellent. The creamy ice cream is like home made! I had the "white turtle" hot fudge sundae. when other reviewers said that Bruster's doesn't skimp on toppings they were correct! lots of whipped cream and hot fudge, perfect size.“
“Had two ice creams. Salted caramel and the triple chocolate brownie. Both were good. A little too tall to get a bite but they squished down fine as they melted. We liked them as a novelty on vacation but I still like a traditional ice cream cone better.“
“Mayday on Anastasia Island is a must stop after the beach. They have a sampler called The Flight which the kids love! Adults too. You can pick 6 flavors of ice cream. The flavors are unique and constantly updated with the seasons. Be sure to try their homemade sprinkles! ?“
