“My sons eat here probably once a week. Employees are always friendly and quality of food is top notch. However, the last 2 times I've ordered online the order has been incomplete--missing multiple French fry orders. Should have checked the bag before I left, so that's on me. Driving back to the restaurant to get the missing items is a hassle that I end up not doing. It's frustrating because when you pay $30+ for a meal, you expect it to be filled accurately. Hopefully management will correct this and retrain their employees on order accuracy.“

“I come often and there’s never an issue, but tonight there was this very rude young, skinny African American individual with a nasty attitude, I ordered and paid online, then I ordered a soda there and paid with my card, then he asked for my card a second time but by mistake charged me for someone else’s order, I said that was wrong and he told me it was my fault for not telling him my name when I got to the window, which I’ve never done, they ask for it where you place your order; then he told another employee “give him a refund before he starts crying”, I confronted him about it but he denied it, I parked and went in so I wouldn’t hold the line any longer. The manager was very helpful, very respectful, of course he tried to come and make it a bigger issue and she told her “I got this”, nasty nasty attitude from him, good thing she was great“

“Went to Bojangles today in Saint Augustine I had one of the best chicken meals I ever had in my life the chicken was hot and crispy not greasy .The biscuits were hot and delicious.We drove over fifty miles from Daytona Beach and it was worth it. The employees that work there could have not been more friendly and always coming to the table and asking if everything was all right. whoever is the manager at Bojangles deserves a raise for doing such a great job.“

They got all our “extra special” requests on our subs correct and didn’t make us feel strange for wanting it our way. The sandwiches were full of meat and cheese. “I attempted to place a curbside order (a huge plus as a mom of a toddler!) but unfortunately, the gift card I had wasn’t working online. I called and was able to place my order on the phone and asked if i could read the card numbers to pay over the phone but since there are many different types of gift cards I was told I would need to come in. I hesitated for a second knowing it was going to be difficult with my 14 mo but I told him that was fine I would just bring my baby inside. I think he could hear the stress in my voice because as soon as I pulled up he met me as I got out of my car to come in. This is Andre the manager! He took the gift card from me and assured me I could stay in the car while he ran the payment. As a newer mom, getting shown any kind of grace/kindness is never expected but always so appreciated. The gift card was giving them issues sadly (it’s brand new so I’m going to have to go home and call the number on the back). Andre came back out with the food and told me not to worry about paying!! That was a huge shock and blessing! He also empathized when I pulled up as he has a 6 week old baby at home so he understood me wanting to stay in the car. “My mother ordered a pizza online as a guest on pizzahut.com. For some reason or another, her choice of extra cheese did not make the ticket and it came up as no cheese. After picking it up and realizing it, I took it back in, and I spoke with The employee that was there. They were so incredibly nice. They even kept the wings in the box warm for us while they made her a new pizza. If you are going to order from Pizza Hut, this is a great location because they were so very nice big thumbs up for this crew“

“This subway was great, I mobile ordered but my food wasn’t ready when the app said it was expected. At first I was a little bothered but when I walked I saw the store was packed with only one worker behind the counter. He was trying to make the sandwiches as fast as possible but was also treating each sandwich with care so they weren’t messy. Regardless of the stress of all the orders this young man maintained a positive attitude and did his best to make sure every customer was satisfied. I didn’t get his name but he was tall, had glasses and a beard. He’s a very hardworking individual who cares about the product and the customers.“

I had my little girl with me who was misbehaving and Kimberly took it all in stride, even made an animal out if straws for her, she was so kind and my little girl was so happy. She took our order and perfectly cooked our cheesesteaks, even though we kept changing our minds about flavors and toppings, Kimberly was very patient.
