“Went to Bojangles today in Saint Augustine I had one of the best chicken meals I ever had in my life the chicken was hot and crispy not greasy .The biscuits were hot and delicious.We drove over fifty miles from Daytona Beach and it was worth it. The employees that work there could have not been more friendly and always coming to the table and asking if everything was all right. whoever is the manager at Bojangles deserves a raise for doing such a great job.“

“We were on vacation. It was late and we wanted something to eat. Whataburger was one of the latest restaurants that stay open. The food was good. The service was great. The young man that helped us with our order also explained some of the good things to view around town. He was so helpful. I believe the night was May 23rd and he was just getting off work as we were ending our order. Prices were very reasonable also“

“What a wonderful experience! The family was homesick for some sandwiches/subs from up north in PA and this place met the need. The workers there were super friendly and pleasant. They got all our “extra special” requests on our subs correct and didn’t make us feel strange for wanting it our way. The sandwiches were full of meat and cheese. The bread was very fresh (which is really difficult to maintain down here). We were even given a complimentary cookie when we left! Will definitely return to this super friendly shop!“

But I noticed they don't use the spots in the front for people that are placing big orderers, and they're sitting in the drive through line for a long time, holding up everyone else when they could have pulled up to spot 1 or 2. So that everyone else could get their food. I know the car in front of me. Is food is ready? And my food is ready cause. I did an online order. Those people that held up the line for the past ten minutes should have been made to move all the way up to those spots and have their food brought out to them, instead of holding up the entire line for this long. This has happened multiple times“

“I attempted to place a curbside order (a huge plus as a mom of a toddler!) but unfortunately, the gift card I had wasn’t working online. I called and was able to place my order on the phone and asked if i could read the card numbers to pay over the phone but since there are many different types of gift cards I was told I would need to come in. I hesitated for a second knowing it was going to be difficult with my 14 mo but I told him that was fine I would just bring my baby inside. I think he could hear the stress in my voice because as soon as I pulled up he met me as I got out of my car to come in. This is Andre the manager! He took the gift card from me and assured me I could stay in the car while he ran the payment. As a newer mom, getting shown any kind of grace/kindness is never expected but always so appreciated. The gift card was giving them issues sadly (it’s brand new so I’m going to have to go home and call the number on the back). Andre came back out with the food and told me not to worry about paying!! That was a huge shock and blessing! He also empathized when I pulled up as he has a 6 week old baby at home so he understood me wanting to stay in the car. “I had a really great experience at this Taco Bell, and I especially want to recognize Claire. She was incredibly respectful, hardworking, and professional. The store was very clean and well maintained, and even with only one other person working, she was handling everything and making sure the store continued to run smoothly.

As a former Zaxby’s manager who used to oversee operations pushing $15,000–$20,000 worth of chicken a day, I know what it takes to keep a restaurant running efficiently, especially when you’re short-staffed. From what I witnessed, Claire was doing everything you would expect from someone in a management position.

It’s clear that she has dedicated years of her life to this store and takes a lot of pride in what she does. Honestly, it was impressive to watch her take on so much responsibility while still being respectful and providing great customer service.

I really hope Taco Bell recognizes Claire’s dedication and considers giving her the promotion and recognition she has clearly earned. Employees like her are exactly the kind of people a company should want to keep and move up.

It would be a shame if she was lost because corporate would rather promote from the outside rather than from the inside and take care of their current employees that are dedicating their time to the company and know everything already.

“I can't tell you much about the inside my old lady went in I sat outside in the truck and trailer but I tell you this there's room to park your truck and trailer the food was excellent and fresh Fry's what you don't always get everywhere so this one's really good for that“

“On a whim we decided to get Pizza for dinner. We easily placed our order, redeemed some points for extra items. Within minutes of placing the order, the store called to let us know they were out of mushrooms. They agreed to some substitutions without additional charges, in went the order. Within about 20 minutes we get a call from Holly, the delivery specialist, with Door Dash. Holly called to confirm the address (of the resort we're staying at) and as I went outside to meet them, they were almost at the door already! I gave Holly an extra tip for their efforts. Overall, loved the food and delivery service, we will most definitely order from this location again in the future!!“

“My husband and I frequently go to the Hardee's located on Mid Rivers Mall Dr & Mexico Rd, St. Peter's, Mo. We LOVE this location. The staff is always friendly. The store is always clean. And the breakfast is awesome. They all deserve a raise. I would have gone through your website to express this, it keeps wanting to pull up Tennessee locations, even though I state where I live. And when I actually find the correct location, it won't let me actually select it. Your app sucks as well, when it comes to ordering things. Orders won't go through, and when they show up, it's an hour later, which is setting your stores up for failure and pissed off people (customers and employees alike).“
