On a whim we decided to get Pizza for dinner. We easily placed our order, redeemed some points for extra items. Within minutes of placing the order, the store called to let us know they were out of mushrooms. They agreed to some substitutions without additional charges, in went the order. Within about 20 minutes we get a call from Holly, the delivery specialist, with Door Dash.
