“Service is amazing. The food portion size is not. I ordered a 12 count nugget and most of them were mini size. A ripoff considering the price was $7.29. A 2lb bag of frozen nuggets costs the same! Expensive fast food could be the reason the drive thru line isn't long like it used to be. Photo included, I ate some before taking it.“

Placed the order online, my son went to pick up, and the server was finishing the order as soon as he walked in the door. This store never disappoints.“

Using the drive-thru our order was pretty good French Fries Hot Fresh However My chicken Bacon Swiss was a little bit substandard could have been better. My wife had French dip. “I come here often and some employees even greet me by my name when I walk in. I always order a gluten-free sub and it's very delicious. Especially when most gluten-free bread is horrible, Firehouse has a great one!! They are as friendly and fast as possible here and they deserve the praise. Thank you and ill be back next week!!“

I hadn’t been to this Subway in a long time but after my first visit recently with the new team, I have already returned 3 times. Great customer service by all including Mike as well. “some people should really be ashamed of themselves i just witnessed a woman coming in the restaurant and claiming she is sick from the shrimp that she just ate and she want her money to be refunded. she claimed to feel so sick and nauseous that she maid have food poisoning and she will be going to the ER ... she was literally in the restaurant for 50 min and making a big deal out of everything... she got her money refunded and walks out to her car and puts a CIGAR in her mouth... lady if you are really that sick you wouldn't even feel like smoking... shame on you... “Wonderful crew member Shyia she was super sweet and understanding when I asked about my sweet tea order. Remade the tea ask about wait time which was so wonderful. This location has a great asset and she deserves the recognition. Shyia definitely deserves and take pride in her job.“
