The people here are always great. I love Whataburger. I know they are cook to order which causes them to be slower than other chains but sometimes the wait can get frustrating. The workers handle every situation gracefully and kudos to them.
We must have a difference of opinion on what extra onion looks like. I'm not really sure these online reviews matter because the issue is with training and corporate. And most people don't want to work anymore. It's hard to find good workers & this location is always hiring /needs workers. In fact they are recruiting workers from other locations.
