“Exceptional service and great tasting subs! Entire staff is working and the teamwork they have is really awesome to watch. Ate inside the store and didn’t hear one curse word or any trash background music. Great addition to Fleming Island and hope they are here to stay!!“

“Good food, use the app to place orders and earn freebies. They do have free wifi & plugs to hook up chargers. In the evening they don't seem to pay as much attention to special requests. Getting Cinnabon coffee has become haphazard. Weekends seem more consistent, but during the week it's been either too sweet, other times you can hardly taste it. Sometimes the coffee is really strong.

Vegetarian options: You can replace meat with black bean when they are paying attention.

Parking: Free, can accommodate long vehicles, & has handi cap spaces

“This place was great. I put in an order for the wrong time but the manager knew that was probably a mistake and went ahead and made my order and put in the walk in . So once he talked to me and I told him the time was a mistake all he had to do was cook it. That was awesome!! Great job!! Thank you so much“

“4 yrs ago, I had a terrible experience at this location at the drive thru. Recently, I returned to a completely different store! The staff was outstanding! They went over and above to provide that WOW experience. I had a crispy chicken Cobb salad with their Vinegerette dressing. It has excellent health scores for it's health grade and taste delicious! I add extra tomatoes to my salad and the results are better than most dine in salad dishes. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed. I can't say enough about the kindness of the staff. Hannah & Kinley were AMAZING! Bravo to the team at this location. After just 4 yrs, they took my 1 star review and transformed it into a well deserved 5 star rating! “I miss the meat quality they had when they first opened. They really need to time their fries better. There is beginning to be a lot of inconsistent quality in their products. Please do better and don't cheap out on your supplies, especially at the outrageous prices you're now charging! The gentleman who was not only running drive thru he was talking front counter orders as well as running orders outside. I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt because it was dinner rush but when we received our food after a 20-30 minute wait in the drive thru our fries were pretty undercooked, and our drinks never came with straws. It may seems like small stuff but it adds up, especially after waiting pretty long. Like I said, it was dinner rush so I wouldn't have been too mad at missing straws but come on...
