“This place was great. I put in an order for the wrong time but the manager knew that was probably a mistake and went ahead and made my order and put in the walk in . So once he talked to me and I told him the time was a mistake all he had to do was cook it. That was awesome!! Great job!! Thank you so much“

“Good food, use the app to place orders and earn freebies. They do have free wifi & plugs to hook up chargers. In the evening they don't seem to pay as much attention to special requests. Getting Cinnabon coffee has become haphazard. Weekends seem more consistent, but during the week it's been either too sweet, other times you can hardly taste it. Sometimes the coffee is really strong.
Vegetarian options: You can replace meat with black bean when they are paying attention.
Parking: Free, can accommodate long vehicles, & has handi cap spaces
Kid-friendliness: It's taco & fast food.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, they have space near the door with a side walk ramp“

“4 yrs ago, I had a terrible experience at this location at the drive thru. Recently, I returned to a completely different store! The staff was outstanding! They went over and above to provide that WOW experience. I had a crispy chicken Cobb salad with their Vinegerette dressing. It has excellent health scores for it's health grade and taste delicious! I add extra tomatoes to my salad and the results are better than most dine in salad dishes. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed. I can't say enough about the kindness of the staff. Hannah & Kinley were AMAZING! Bravo to the team at this location. After just 4 yrs, they took my 1 star review and transformed it into a well deserved 5 star rating! I hope the management & corporate teams see this review & reward this staff. Their commitment to Chick-fil-A 's customer service philosophy shone through like a blazing fire!“

“My family and I enjoy the food. Tried the french fries, and did not disappoint. They were hot and crispy, would like a little more sauce for dunking. Placed the order online, my son went to pick up, and the server was finishing the order as soon as he walked in the door. This store never disappoints.“

“I’m not normally one to leave reviews but I was tickled pink by my experience at this location they are really good people they have on staff they were super friendly and even played with my son running around the dining area and they gave him a free ice cream and a toy and children’s book as well as giving my wife some free chicken nuggets when her card declined me and my wife frequent this location because it’s right by the park but we will definitely come back and keep coming back it was so nice to see that there’s still good people in the world and it was the highlight of my day to see the staff interact and play with my son especially because of some personal struggles we have been having yall keep up that positive energy and just know you made me and my sons day“

“I miss the meat quality they had when they first opened. They really need to time their fries better. There is beginning to be a lot of inconsistent quality in their products. Please do better and don't cheap out on your supplies, especially at the outrageous prices you're now charging! A double cheeseburger and a small cheeseburger, one drink and a regular fry and our bill was $42!“

“Came late tonight and the manager was so kind and apologetic for the wait as they were short staffed then at the second window Jayden went and got hot fries for my order when he didn’t need too … they were awesome and kept such a great attitude while being short staffed. “I come here often and some employees even greet me by my name when I walk in. I always order a gluten-free sub and it's very delicious. Especially when most gluten-free bread is horrible, Firehouse has a great one!! They are as friendly and fast as possible here and they deserve the praise. Thank you and ill be back next week!!“

“Just wanted to give a shout-out to Oakleaf Firehouse Subs. We always order on the app and it’s correct and ready on time. My son gave it up for lent (his favorite place) and was really missing it. I called them yesterday with a strange request for a deconstructed sub and they came through with everything he wanted packaged separately ! He really enjoyed his lunch today! Thank you 😊“

“By far the BEST Burger King experience we’ve ever had. The ladies at the windows tonight we’re so great, got our food out to us quickly, everything was fresh and made EXACTLY how we wanted. Even gave us the extra pickles we asked for which rarely happens. Hands down 10/10 would recommend!!“
