Dining room was dirty. Every table was unclean and had to wipe off our own just to have a place. Not bust enough to have been this dirty. They POS system had the balls to ask for a tip! I had to clean my own table, make my own drink, get my own food and bus my own table afterwards. They should tip the customer.
Associate taking our order was curt and NOT newbee friendly. I asked for a courtesy cup and he told me they had none. A manager intervened and gave me a cup. Food was great and the place was being continuously cleaned.A new location down the street is scheduled to open at the end of May. We eagerly await it's opening.

Luckily I placed an online order and didn't have to interact much with the staff. I haven't been to a firehouse staffed with warm and welcoming employees in many years. Grateful to still be able to enjoy a classic Hook and Ladder though.
