You must use a machine to order. It allows you to customize. They still made it wrong. I had 2 toddlers with a number on my table, and they made me leave them to go to contet for the order. They had no trays, so it was 2 trips. Then, no workers were present again, but I needed ketchup and napkins and stood at the counter, glancing at toddlers to make sure they didn't get mischievous. Put in a curbside mobile order. After 20 minutes waiting, went inside (pouring rain). Order was sitting on a shelf cold as ice. Asked for food to be remade and was instead given the same food, heated in a microwave. No apology. Won’t be returning to this location.

It's McDonalds. It's close, the food usually comes out hot. The service can be abrupt or dismissive, but like I started, it's McDonald's.We.returned on a Saturday, at 5pm. To go orders only???? Seriously? If you don't want business, just close.
