Ordered a coffee with Splenda and cream. When a young man handed me my coffee, I asked? "Does this have Cream and Sweetner in it" He hesitated and said, "Yes, it's fixed up."The coffee was black, and there was no Sweetner. So after 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru, I ended up with nothing.

I place an order yesterday through the drive-thru. I ordered a chicken nugget happy meal for my son. Imagine my surprise when we get home (25 minutes later) and there was only fries and a sweet and sour sauce in the happy meal! This is extremely frustrating! Being that it was around 5, and we had to be somewhere (in the opposite direction) at 6, I did not have time to drive through rush hour traffic back to this store. I called the store multiple times to see if this could be rectified and no one answered. :(

You must use a machine to order. It allows you to customize. They still made it wrong. I had 2 toddlers with a number on my table, and they made me leave them to go to contet for the order. They had no trays, so it was 2 trips. Then, no workers were present again, but I needed ketchup and napkins and stood at the counter, glancing at toddlers to make sure they didn't get mischievous. Not the first time this place has not followed special requests or that you have no employee at the register to assist you.

Good God!! I was there for breakfast on Thursday and they didn't have drinks and, because I added a burrito, the order was cold. Tonight I ordered on the app and still waited a long time. Fries were cold and they bumped me up to luke-warm large fries. And the burger was cold++one straw and ketchup packet in the tray on the counter. I don't know why this place is so cheezy with condiments and napkins. My wife has told me stories about this place charging extra for condiments. You just let me down from ordering my fav's at any MCD's.

Put in a curbside mobile order. After 20 minutes waiting, went inside (pouring rain). Order was sitting on a shelf cold as ice. Asked for food to be remade and was instead given the same food, heated in a microwave. No apology. Won’t be returning to this location.

It's McDonalds. It's close, the food usually comes out hot. The service can be abrupt or dismissive, but like I started, it's McDonald's.We.returned on a Saturday, at 5pm. To go orders only???? Seriously? If you don't want business, just close.

Extremely angry!!!!It took forever to get our food and when we finally got home, BOTH of my kids 4 piece nuggets had BITES TAKEN OUT OF THEM. Which means someone in the kitchen was literally TAKING A BITE out of nuggets and putting them into KIDS MEALS. WHY??? Absolutely disgusting and so disappointed in staff. I’ve been coming here for 17 years and NEVER experienced something like this. Scared to even eat the other food and we spent $30.Thank god we noticed before either of them ate after god knows who. You can literally see SPIT around the bite???
