Our family does order-a-head pickup which is very easy and convenient. They have a pickup rack at the front that you see right when you walk in. They also have a sign to tell you here's your order - chips and desserts in the bag. Help yourself to your drink. There's cups above the rack that you grab and go fill your drink. Of course, everything on the menu is great! I love their tuna which is made with everything, as well as, their meatball sub.
Love it here. Firehouse is one of the only places I can get subs on gluten-free bread. I get the make your own option with chips and a drink. The atmosphere is good, it can be busy but the high tables are nice for getting things done while I eat. The staff can be rude depending on who's working but I don't know the names.

Me and my friend were eating here the other day & these 2 employees sitting behind us were having a conversation (as loud as possible) about lesbian orgies. I nearly spit out my food and walked away. Very inappropriate behavior & super unprofessional. I wish I had gotten their names so I could've reported them. Also the food wasn't all that. I'm probably never coming here again.

Another day of me waiting for my refund after spending hours trying to get it back and never hearing from you guys. This is an order I cancelled immediately in the app. Yes I have DM'd you, left reviews, filled out forms, called corporate, called the branch, email ect a million times.....THIS IS CRAZY. DON'T ORDER ONLINE CAUSE YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND FOR A CANCELLED ORDER.

Great food. They had a special on thru Friday. Buy two get one free. The staff was great and very helpful today.
Luckily I placed an online order and didn't have to interact much with the staff. I haven't been to a firehouse staffed with warm and welcoming employees in many years. Grateful to still be able to enjoy a classic Hook and Ladder though.

I have to say I'm very disappointed. I used to go to this restaurant every week with my father, and it has really gone downhill. But nothing irks me more than getting all the way home and discovering that my drink, which is supposed to be a sweet cream soda, is actually just bubbly water. Of course I'm all the way home and can't do anything about it so I guess I get no drink. Paid for it, just don't get to drink it. And now they want a tip just for doing their job. It's not like they bring the food to your table, or clear your table away when you order your food to go. Or clean any of the crumb-covered tables. But of course you're afraid that they're not going to make your order right if you don't give them a tip. I'm just not going to eat out anymore. Or if I do, it certainly won't be here at this Firehouse in Julington Creek.

Dining room was dirty. Every table was unclean and had to wipe off our own just to have a place. Not bust enough to have been this dirty. They POS system had the balls to ask for a tip! I had to clean my own table, make my own drink, get my own food and bus my own table afterwards. They should tip the customer.
