Firehouse Subs Kingsley is a go-to spot for a quick bite with exceptional service. The staff, including Jacob and his crew, are known for being courteous, efficient, and accurate with orders, ensuring a positive experience for customers. They even recommend delicious options like the new golden barbecue sandwich. Customers can enjoy convenient ordering through the Firehouse Rewards app, whether dining in or picking up. While some have experienced temperature inconsistencies in their meals, the attention to detail on custom orders, like extra pickles, remains top-notch. One customer mentioned that their medium French dip with grilled mushrooms was not up to par due to cold canned mushrooms and overly salty Au jus, but the sandwich was still enjoyable overall. Another customer noted that the meatball sandwich was good, although it could have been better with less sauce. Despite these minor issues, the service at Firehouse Subs Kingsley stands out, showing that kindness and patience contribute to an exceptional dining experience.
