Staff in the morning is always friendly and fast. Drinks so far (maybe 4 years now) have been correct and tasty . Haven't had a problem at this location. Afternoon staff needs a little help. But it's mostly young adults that a learning so I'm don't fault the store for that. I will continue to visit this location!
wow.. absolutely unacceptable behavior. this is actually crazy i went in and I'm treated harshly and forced to pick so many donuts. like I'm a slave or something, it is atrocious. Kathrine was so mean to me and i will never be coming again unbelievable. so so unbelievable. gosh, and then Mr. Matthews was being so mean to me after Kathrine made me feel like a slave, he made me pick 30 donuts, I COULDNT EAT THE DONUTS I POOPED SO MUCH. Amazing service. I ordered quickly and had a great experience. The staff made my drink correctly and it was handed off with a smile! I would recommend this location if you're driving through the area! Iced coffee for those hot days!
