Says online store closes at 11 and was called and told to be there by 10:42 because that’s when they close. Please update stores hours online to closing at 10:42 so this confusion doesn’t happen again please.
We love Papa Johns and order at least 1x a month if not 2-3x for several years now. However, using Doordash for deliveries is a massive fail, all in the name of the company making more profit by cutting payroll. Last night, I PRE ORDERED for a 7pm delivery at 5:30pm. 7:00 came and went. Finally received our dinner at 7:32pm, lukewarm. What a huge disappointment. My sandwich was a real disappointment. It had very little filling and was almost burnt. We’ve been loyal customers for many years, so this was surprising. What also stood out was that the place was nearly empty on a Saturday afternoon, which is very unusual. It made me wonder if the quality has gone downhill. I hope this was just an off day and that they’ll get things back to the standard we’ve come to expect.
