“I had a really great experience at this Taco Bell, and I especially want to recognize Claire. She was incredibly respectful, hardworking, and professional. The store was very clean and well maintained, and even with only one other person working, she was handling everything and making sure the store continued to run smoothly.

As a former Zaxby’s manager who used to oversee operations pushing $15,000–$20,000 worth of chicken a day, I know what it takes to keep a restaurant running efficiently, especially when you’re short-staffed. From what I witnessed, Claire was doing everything you would expect from someone in a management position.

It’s clear that she has dedicated years of her life to this store and takes a lot of pride in what she does. Honestly, it was impressive to watch her take on so much responsibility while still being respectful and providing great customer service.

I really hope Taco Bell recognizes Claire’s dedication and considers giving her the promotion and recognition she has clearly earned. Employees like her are exactly the kind of people a company should want to keep and move up.

It would be a shame if she was lost because corporate would rather promote from the outside rather than from the inside and take care of their current employees that are dedicating their time to the company and know everything already.

Overall review would have been a 5 if Claire was already representing that store as the GM“
