“This place appears child friendly but I went last night with my hubby for a date. Best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had in my life. Ceviche app was also chef’s kiss. My husband had the Chicken and Hoecakes dish. Again, 🤯! The desert was okay but everything else including staff were phenomenal. Atmosphere was nice, dim lighting surrounds you in raw architecture with an intimate feel. Drinks were also incredibly good. If you’re on the fence, get off it and go!“

I have eaten in many Sushi restaurants and I have to say this is by far my favorite . Whenever we are in St. Augustine I know we will eat there again. “Everything was very good. Service, food, restaurant was very clean, the staff never just stood around. When they weren’t helping customers they were cleaning or restocking. The music was appropriate and good volume. Basically everything was very nice. The price felt just a bit high chicken salad croissant with a vanilla latte a cappuccino and a ham and cheese croissant came out to $41. It wasn’t too pricy but felt just a bit high. All the food is made on-site and was very good.

Most importantly- I would come back it was worth it.“

“I have eaten at Piesano's twice, and each time it was awesome! The food is absolutely wonderful - today, my party and I enjoyed a cheese calzone, shrimp scampi, and gorgonzola salad with shrimp. All were excellent. And the service and ambiance are exceptional. It is very quiet and comfortable, and the wait staff are patient and kind and don't mind if you take your time. Not many restaurants are quiet and relaxing these days. The prices are fair, as well, especially considering the high quality of the dishes. Highly recommended!“

“I have gone to Ned’s for several years, nearly every week. I would truly consider it the crown jewel of restaurants in St. Augustine. There’s something for everyone, and the portions are huge. You often see the same friendly faces week after week, and the service is absolutely world class. Any time anyone is looking for a recommendation, Ned’s is the place to go. My family and I consider it our go-to and almost a second home when you want the home style cooking, without the necessity to do your own dishes. “While the host here could use some work, (just sitting out on the front on his cell phone), the rest of our experience was good. However, we stopped by a few nights later to eat here again and were told we weren’t able to eat inside, even though there was nobody seated inside. Other than that, we really enjoyed our experience here. Our server disappeared halfway through dinner, but was quickly taken over by somebody else and they never missed a beat. Started with drinks at bar while awaiting table and mixologists were friendly and talented. Drinks were delish (if u like mezcal I recommend the Friends with Consequences). We were quickly seated and started with the warm bread which was crusty and delish. Ordered our mains and they were also fabulous. We’ve visited St. Augustine many times, but this was our first time discovering this incredible restaurant, and what a find! We were celebrating our 21st anniversary and stumbled upon The Collage online. Thinking it would be quiet on a Wednesday night, we didn’t make a reservation. Despite being fully booked, Megan, the restaurant manager, went out of her way to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated. Our server, Franco, was warm, attentive, and very knowledgeable. The food was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. We began with the beef carpaccio and watermelon salad; both beautifully prepared. For our main course, we each had the 8oz filet topped with gorgonzola sauce, and every bite was mouthwatering. Between courses, we were treated to a refreshing raspberry sorbet to cleanse our palates—a lovely touch. For dessert, we shared a warm pound cake with raspberry coulis and fresh whipped cream, paired with perfectly made espressos. The ambiance was quaint, cozy, and romantic,ideal for a special occasion like ours. We especially loved that the menu changes regularly, offering something new to look forward to each time. “We spent five days in St. Augustine and the only restaurant that lived up to its 4.5 or 5-star rating was this restaurant. We ate at plenty of other nice restaurants in St. Augustine, but it seemed as though their rating was inflated, and I can only assume it is because the only restaurants in this beach town are not that great, except this one.“

“First of all the food, every single item was remarkably delicious. The Wild West shrimp, outlaw ribeye, the sweet potato with butter and cinnamon, even the broccoli! We brought our baby here for his one year birthday, and they were so accommodating and friendly. We all really enjoyed ourselves and the cowboy western atmosphere was on point too.

The restaurant is beautiful, the food is so delicious, and the service was excellent. Our server Jennifer was on point. Our water glasses were never empty, she gave us great tips about the menu, and struck the perfect balance between being responsive and giving us space. I had the macadamia crusted salmon, and I cannot honestly say it was the best salmon I’ve ever had. The flavor was delicious and it was cooked perfectly!“
