This place offered an elevated dining experience. It wasn’t your typical local food joint. We only had appetizers and drinks, but that was enough to know it was exactly what our foodie hearts were craving.
We tried two craft cocktails—the Double Vision and the Lavender Haze. Whoever came up with the idea of mixing carrot, ginger, whiskey, and fennel was pure genius. It was such an exciting drink, perfectly made—we could’ve easily had a few more. The lavender drink was equally refreshing and intoxicating.
Small menu - which we love. We like when restaurants perfect everything, instead of a large menu where everything is mediocre.
We enjoyed the fish and sausage egg roll.
I’m a Minorcan chowder girl, and I could’ve easily swum in a bathtub of that tasty conch soup. It was that good.
The atmosphere was peaceful and beautiful, setting the perfect vibe for an intimate experience. Everything about the vibe was just right.“

“Last evening we had a delightful and delicious dinner. Rum pour was generous. JJ was our outstanding and friendly waitress. She made our dinner special with her attentiveness. We will continue to return to this gem and hope JJ is our waitress again.“

“I have eaten at Piesano's twice, and each time it was awesome! The food is absolutely wonderful - today, my party and I enjoyed a cheese calzone, shrimp scampi, and gorgonzola salad with shrimp. All were excellent. And the service and ambiance are exceptional. It is very quiet and comfortable, and the wait staff are patient and kind and don't mind if you take your time. Not many restaurants are quiet and relaxing these days. The prices are fair, as well, especially considering the high quality of the dishes. Highly recommended!“

“A True Hidden Gem in St. Augustine The Collage exceeded all our expectations. We’ve visited St. Augustine many times, but this was our first time discovering this incredible restaurant, and what a find! We were celebrating our 21st anniversary and stumbled upon The Collage online. Thinking it would be quiet on a Wednesday night, we didn’t make a reservation. Despite being fully booked, Megan, the restaurant manager, went out of her way to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated. Our server, Franco, was warm, attentive, and very knowledgeable. The food was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. We began with the beef carpaccio and watermelon salad; both beautifully prepared. For our main course, we each had the 8oz filet topped with gorgonzola sauce, and every bite was mouthwatering. Between courses, we were treated to a refreshing raspberry sorbet to cleanse our palates—a lovely touch. For dessert, we shared a warm pound cake with raspberry coulis and fresh whipped cream, paired with perfectly made espressos. The ambiance was quaint, cozy, and romantic,ideal for a special occasion like ours. We especially loved that the menu changes regularly, offering something new to look forward to each time. “Top notch experience! This was our first visit to the new location and everything was fantastic. Oysters, tuna tacos for starters then filet and swordfish for mains. Everything was perfectly prepared and the evening was enhanced by the excellent artist singing and playing the piano.“

“OMG this place is bangin’! A must try for sure, especially if you are an out-of-tower like me! Osprey tacos just took tacos to a new level for me! My fiancé and I were very happy with our choices. We both agreed the Pork Fried Rice was by far the best taco between the two of us! It’s pictured with a Carnita Tradition Style on a flour corn tortilla.

“My husband and I live in Palm coast and when we make the trip to St. Augustine, this place is always a must! We’ve been a few times now and each time they are so friendly and fast with the service. I really appreciate how child-friendly they are, they always treat our toddler with such kindness and patience. One time that we went they even brought him out a dessert of ice cream! They are the best and so is the food. The buffets they have during the week are always hot, fresh and tasty as well.“

There was a miscommunication between staff over numbers not being given to patrons; and the server was very frustrated trying to figure out who ordered what.“

“We had an awesome server (older lady I wish I could remember her name!). Everyone was happy with their food, the atmosphere, and they sat 8 people at a nice large ROUND table :) Kid friendly as child was given kids menu with crayons which kept her happy the whole time :)

“Just finished having a picnic for 2 from Smokin D’s BBQ!!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a dynamite bbq place to eat. Well worth the trip. Best BBQ I have had in a long time. Never had smoked turkey before but they recommend it and I will most definitely have more and the ribs OMG fall off the bone meat. The beans yes more please. Next trip to St. Augustine we will definitely be eating here again.“
