“We went here after reading the reviews, when we first walked in no one address us and was standing around like we wasn’t there. The food was good and the service was great. Kirsten was the best so if you go ask for her. She has the best energy and really on top of it. We had grilled & stuffed oysters, beach boil, fried shrimp, shrimp brochette and pineapple upside down cake. Everything was good and that’s hard to find in one place. “What an incredible night celebrating my birthday at JaxSpice party hall in St. John’s. The theme was Denim and Diamonds. I talked to Puja the owner about my vision for this party, food, room setup and ambience. She was so accommodating with all my requests. I got to taste my food before I placed the order and walk thru room setup and details. The day of the party all the staff went above and beyond to make the party successful. A special shout out to Anastasia, Savannah Jordan and Charlie for taking care of all the details along with Puja! The food was incredible I ordered mango lassi, mango papdi Chaat, pakoras, gobi manchurian and chicken roti rolls. The guests loved the food and the party hall. The hall easily accommodated up to 100 people, there is a separate entrance to the hall it is spacious two story room with lots of light, separate music and speakers. We danced the night away to some amazing Bollywood songs. Be sure to book your next party whether 25 guests or 100 JaxSpice can accommodate all your event needs. Can’t recommend them enough. “Nice brewery in Jax beach, right on the main drag. We came on a slow winter day. They had nearly 20 beers on tap- which is pretty amazing for a small brewery. They also had several seltzer options, including one where you pick the flavor.There is a ping-pong table, foosball, e-darts, Golden Tee, and two pinball machines to keep you entertained.The beers were good- my favorite was the Count Sakula stout.Definitely worth a visit when in Jax Beach.“

“Have been to this brewery 3 times in the week we have been in JAX. The beer is very well made and the serving area is very nice. Have been very impressed with their IPAs, they are well thought out and well executed. I would highly recommend a stop if you find yourself in the area.“

“The food was good, but the sausage gravy should definitely be served hotter. When it gets cold, even the tastiest gravy begins to congeal. My over easy eggs were served over medium. The five and dime sandwich was good, with fried chicken and bacon bits. The freshly squeezed orange juice was spot on. You go to the counter and place your order. They ask you to name your own planet and then call that name when your order is ready. The woman, sorry ladies, was just a loud screechy woman whose voice we couldn't escape. Every couple of minutes, she would bellow across the warehouse-style restaurant. It was different. Pricey for a fast-food style place. One and done with this one.“

“from the moment we walked in the staff was super friendly. atmosphere was desirable. our server alex was fantastic! i had a salad and my friend had some sliders, we also had the warm brie and fruit appetizer. everything was yummy! perfect dinner stop while visiting this city!also, we did not know they closed at 9 and we got there just before 9... left around 9:20none of the staff made us feel rushed at all or made us aware they were closing. they took exceptional care of us, thanks for a great dinner experience during our travels!“

“Clean and friendly environment. Met the owner and the bartender and they were exceptionally friendly. Food was hot and prepared quickly in less than five minutes… Super Philly steak and cheese. She explained to me that the prime rib is exclusive and flown in and the owner is a true northerner who knows how to make an original authentic Philly cheesesteak! So that’s what I got no fries no drink just this giant sandwich! So packed with goodness; I had it for both lunch and dinner.“

Once I accidentally dropped their very expensive dine in ceramic dinner wear and broke them and they reacted in a way I would have never expected in any restaurant. I expected that they’d prohibit me to ever eating in their restaurant but that was astonishingly not the case. They were more concerned with my well being, asking me if I was injured and when I embarrassingly apologized they countered me with their apologies instead. I just love this place for that. Parking: Saturday night. Plenty of parking & lights on. Parking lot not slippery or with pot holes. You could skateboard on it.

We went there to celebrate a birthday and my daughter has a food allergy and he went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of. He took the time to come out and speak to her, take her order and then cooked it safely and specifically for her. He made an amazing Chicken Alfredo that honestly was the best dish at the table! Made her night, her boyfriend, and her momma! Thank you Johnny! I hope you see this!“
