“My wife and I have been dining at this restaurant since it opened. Last night was somewhat disappointing , the service was great, the atmosphere was good, but the food was not where it should be, the taste was ok, but the presentation was not very good as it looked like the food was “thrown” on the plates, never had this experience. Hope this was a one time glitch from the kitchen.“

“Absolutely loved this place!! The service was excellent, Haley was our server, but a couple others even checked with us during our meal. The food was delicious, great flavor and the fries were so yummy. Lots of TVs and fun atmosphere! Highly recommend!“

“My wife and I visited today for our anniversary. Everything about this place is top notch! Our server, Ryan, was exceptional and very friendly. There was a good atmosphere and the food is probably the best Indian cuisine that I have ever had. They even went above and beyond and gave us a free desert to celebrate our anniversary . If we are ever back in the Jacksonville area we will make sure to come back! If you live in the area or even hours out of the area, I can assure you that you will enjoy the food! Be warned: portions are generous so make sure you come hungry!“

“I loved the good strong drinks they make, the atmosphere was clean/welcoming/and over just. The dj kept everyone vibing the entire time. It was a great experience and I love the fact they are open until 2pm and I will be going back if ever in Jacksonville Beach area.“

“Had a great time! I took my newborn and went out with my sister and best friend and we got lots of food. All the food was amazing, pizzas made well and fast. Drinks were good, and the apps were REALLY good. The server was nice too, he had a huge party as soon as we came in but he was still fast and helped whenever we needed. My only wish was slightly cheaper cocktails but we cant have everything lol“

“We planned a quick last minute wedding, and Kira was beyond accommodating. She was always available, and her communication was on point. Texting, calling, showing up…she always made time for me even if she was in the middle of something else. We originally reserved the dining room for our family reunion, but due to extenuating circumstances, our brunch turned into a last minute wedding celebration instead. Kira went over all our options and recommendations, sat down with me to plan the seating arrangement, and brunch menu, and even created a fancy custom drink menu for us. The venue was beautiful. The views were gorgeous. The buffet display and food was amazing. The table settings and linens were lovely. The bartender and wait staff were phenomenal. They made this day so perfect in every way. they went above and beyond & I cannot rave enough about our wonderful experience. Thank you so much, Kira.“

“Just moved here and joined them. This post has a terrific atmosphere. ATM on premises, Casino games, very cold beer on tap (I had Modelo). They have live music on some nights. Great place to sit at the bar and watch NFL or NCAAF. Good food too.“

“Tavern is a great venue with live music, great drinks for amazing deals! My experience was elevated that much more upon discovering that they offer a portable charger phone app! I was able to charge my phone that was on 1%, allowing me to uber home safely and have the security of my phone being charged!!! Charge Up Jax made my experience safe and more enjoyable- a great an innovative addition to the establishment!“

“We went on a spur of the moment trip last weekend and loved it so much we came back the next weekend! Isaiah at the front desk brings so much cheer and happiness to the place. He is truly a light and does his job amazingly. We love that there is a restaurant attached to the hotel so we never even have to leave (we have a 2 year old and 3 year old) they also have a cute cafe and the coffee and chicken biscuit is very good! The only thing I would say could be better is the valet service. We went on the 4th of July so we knew it would be extremely packed. Just wish we could Park ourselves and pay an overnight parking fee instead of having to wait 45-50 minutes to get someone to bring your car around.“
