“Please be aware (as I was) that there should be no expectation that an older property within a certain rate structure will present like a new property or a 5 star property. The room was clean. It had vinyl flooring and tile, which I believe is important in older facilities (meaning no carpet). They honored my advance request for a ground floor room. The "park right outside your room" feature is one of my top priorities. It was quiet in the evening, the cable and WiFi worked just fine, as did the A/C. I would have appreciated another waste basket in the room, but I made do with grocery store bags. Being somewhat particular, I typically manage my own breakfast so I cannot comment on that. For the price I paid for 4 nights on this 4th of July weekend I was satisfied, especially considering the location and what was available elsewhere. This was my basecamp for exploring Cumberland Island, the Okeefenoke and Jeckyll Island.“
“honestly hands down the best smash burger I've ever had. wings and truffle fries were excellent, and I've really enjoyed their pizza too.very low key, the seating and aesthetics could be improved a bit for comfort.not a problem though. the service was great, and like I said the wings and burgers there are incredible.they also have a great beer selection. “Ok, it's mini-golf, let's not get carried away. No, let's definitely get carried away, it's MINI-GOLF! Nothing brings out the competitive nature of non-pro athletes the way this game does!1. The Course. One of the best layouts we have seen, for sure. This place is challenging and very well maintained. The taller carpet simulating rough is outstanding. 2. Accommodations. They have a dang bar. Who plays mini-golf and drinks? Well if it wasn't so cold I sure would have. 3. Service. Smiles greeted us, and the price was fair. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked.“
“Today was our 3rd weekend visit. The internet was glithcy and they where not seating, but they accommodated us because we where from Jacksonville. Food is always wonderful, service is great 3 different servers all great. Food is flavourful, love the carna asada , they do not have long Island ice tea on there menu, but they make it for me on every visit so far and there wonderful, for desert we get the Trace Leche cake , and it is just so heavenly to Myself and my wife . The last 2 times we came later at night around 9:15pm and we don't ever feel rushed to leave and are always treated well even while there closing up ..“

“Had dinner here one evening on our vacation- got in quickly & our server was friendly. Strong food and beer selection. Overall, food was general beach bar fare: seafood, burgers, etc. My son did get the gator bites, but tasted more fried breading than meat. Great location on the marina- I could imagine there's a great happy hour or late night atmosphere.“

“I love this place! I look forward to every Saturday. The culture here is different... it's not people looking to get sloshed and hookup. People come here to genuinely have a good time and dance the night away. Mostly the 20-30s crowd but there are older folks that come and have a great time too. I love that Bethany teaches line dances the first couple hours. And I really do appreciate the rules- no drinks on the dance floor and if you're not dancing don't just stand around on the dance floor. Other places I've been it was a nasty hazard and nuisance. Here it's always clean - even the bathrooms. And no cover charge! And they have the best lemon drop shot I've ordered ? Overall a super fun place to spend your Saturday night. Family. ❤️“

“Here's the thing. It's a true dive bar. Complete with friendly locals, good bartenders, inexpensive drinks, pool tables and games. The music from the jukebox was great. If you don't like dive bars stay away and don't post crappy reviews.“
“My friend and I were in town to visit the beach and wanted to hang out a bit. The DJ was playing a pop & hip hop mix. Cool vibe. Plenty of pool tables & long bar. We ordered Kettle 1 vodka's with cranberry. The bartender was nice & quickly made our drinks. We decided to sit outside to talk (because it was a bit quieter, and they had fire pits with seating on their patio). “Stayed at the golf course over night with Harvest Hosts so we had dinner after a round of golf and then had breakfast in the morning. They don't have a "breakfast" menu but they have a brunch burger and a BLT so they kind of fit the bill for breakfast. Last night we had the shrimp tacos and chicken quesadilla. They were good. Added an egg to our BLT this morning and it was also very good. Service was good both times with both servers. We were there midweek and after a storm so it was pretty quiet. We sat inside for dinner and then had breakfast on the patio so our dog could join us. I have no complaints. I'm also including an updated picture of their menu.“
“Went there for a few drinks and beers. I'm sure they whoop it up on St Paddy's Day, but this is an Irish bar in name and decor only. Good music, just none of it Irish. It's a lively place with great service. Jonathan and his brother were the servers and Jonathan was very friendly and attentive at our end of the bar. They don't serve food (a true Irish bar would have chips to buy), but there is Chinese or Mexican next door and you can eat at the bar. If they're not to busy, they'll even deliver it.Vegetarian options: 100% vegan, because they have no food.Kid-friendliness: It's a bar.Parking: Park in front, or the general mall lot.“
“We finally tried out Mermaid Bar in the Florida Inn and it's such a great little chill spot to get excellent drinks! Significant other thought the old fashioned was really good and I loved the savage cocktail, it was excellent! Bartender knew what he was doing and was very nice! “J.J. made us a rum runner and a crabby apple drinks to start us off. He was amazing. This was our first time here and they set us up top at the window table. We had a gator po boy and a fried oyster platter which we loved. The fries, hush puppies, and Cole slaw were excellent too. J.J. also got us a key lime pie and creme Brule that was perfection. Please try the key lime pie they make everything from scratch J.J. told us. Loved this place and the service was excellent.“
“My friend and I went in on a monday night, around 7:30pm. Our waitress toya was very busy but amazing! she checked on us constantly and made sure our glasses were never empty. On top of that, she pre-ordered chips and salsa before she even greeted us. There’s a big difference between doing your job and getting the job done and she really showed she could get it done!!“
“Ate lunch here yesterday for the first time and I was impressed. My husband had the shrimp tacos, he said they were great and my son an I got cheeseburgers. I got the bacon and bbq cheeseburger and man it was awesome! We ordered the mac n cheese for our little man, it was good for him because he eats very little, but I don't think the portion was worth $3. That's the only negative thing I have to say. We will definitely go back!!❤ Oh btw...the french fries are so tasty!!“
