“Been going here since they opened. Its my daughter and my Favorite restaurant at The Beaches! They are the master of poaching eggs, and the best crabcakes in Jacksonville, and believe me I've tried them everywhere! The food is unbelievably fresh and creative, lots of vegan and vegetarian options. Full bar, real espresso machine, creative and fabulous coffee drinks and cocktails. Sam was our server this morning for my daughter's birthday brunch, she was perfect, thank you Sam!
all the staff are so professional. The place is immaculate. Servers even pick up straw wrappers off the table every time they walked by. Service is fast efficient and fun. They have their act together better than Most of the high-end places in this area. Its always packed , lively and fun.
To the whiners out there that complain about something tiny like people being loud, well that's the sign of a successful, fun and vibrant Restaurant. Other places in Jax should learn from this place.“

“I love snoballs. I’ve lived in Barbados, New York, Boston, etc… these Pelican snoballs are magical artistry. I asked the clerk to pick for me and she gave me a coconut cream pie snoball. All I can say is WHOOOOOAAAAA!!!!! It’s been 3 hours and I can still taste it. I wish I had more hands to give them more thumbs up! Do yourself a favor and stop by asap!“

“My wife and I visited today for our anniversary. Everything about this place is top notch! Our server, Ryan, was exceptional and very friendly. There was a good atmosphere and the food is probably the best Indian cuisine that I have ever had. They even went above and beyond and gave us a free desert to celebrate our anniversary . If we are ever back in the Jacksonville area we will make sure to come back! If you live in the area or even hours out of the area, I can assure you that you will enjoy the food! Be warned: portions are generous so make sure you come hungry!“

“This place surprised us during our first time visit esp. with the quality of burgers they offer. Staff were patient helping us with the menu. Chipotle like vibe build your burger. Reasonable and good food. Pleasant lunch experience with my wife. We will definitely come back for more. We are hooked!“

“Great job as always. Both of us got Rubens this time and thoroughly enjoyed them. Alexis the Server was very busy but made it happen the way a true professional does it. She was spot on with checking status and getting refills. This site rarely misses on food and service and has really awesome deserts to go as well, which you can add when you checkout at the counter. Will be back !“

“So happy I discovered this place today when I was in the neighborhood for an appointment! I had a Peanut Butter Latte which I LOVED! Additionally, the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable giving this newbie insight to their products and how they were made. They also greeted their regulars as they came in and left. I wish I lived closer, I would be a regular!!!“

“Amazing local coffee shop! The drinks and food were delicious. Their Breezy Bread is incredible!! Good wine selection and local beer on tap. The shop is unique and comfortable with plenty of seating inside and outside. Board games and fun things to read. Nancy is wonderful and makes you feel welcome! Highly recommend if you're in Jax Beach and need an iced coffee or snack!“

“We came down to Jax for my birthday and a good friend of mine recommended TacoLu. We sat outside and the weather was perfect! The food was to die for! Perfect portion sizes and the price of the food for the portion size was better than what we pay at home for Mexican food. We will definitely be back to eat here! “This has been one of my favorite places to eat for over 20 years. It says something when most of the staff have also worked there for over 20 years. It’s the “Cheers” of the beach. The drinks are super strong, staff is always attentive, and the food is fresh and fast. The kitchen is very clean as well.“

“Black Beans and Rice going back one more time before heading home. The food was really good. If you are in town, great place to order to take out or eat in. You will not be disappointed. I wasn't. I am very picky with what I eat. My stomach can only process certain foods. The staff were polite and friendly.“
