“Really good burnt ends! Brisket was tender as well. Would’ve given it a 5 star but I feel like the sides could’ve been a bit better but overall really good spot for bbq. Love that it’s locally owned. We asked for sauces to go and they gave us a very full to go bag. Definitely coming back.“

“Family tried this place 2 weeks ago and have been back 3 more times. The ribs are seasoned great and fall off the bone delicious 🤤 Everything is good portions and made good southern style. They were so great with my Aunt’s birthday dinner party with 17 people in the party“

“I ordered a St. Louis ribs, large platter that included fried corn on the cob and sweet potatoes at ~1:40 pm. The ribs were dry and seemed as if they were cooked yesterday. The corn and sweet potatoes were just warm and not hot. I usually get a better meal than this from Bono’s. I feel like somebody’s trying to avoid throwing away stale food. Every customer visit is an opportunity to impress. It’s also an opportunity to run off a customer. Serving mediocre food is guaranteed to run off customers. The next time I have an urge for barbecue, I’ll probably try some other restaurant.“

“It’s a BBQ restaurant. No frills and done right. Eaten at a few of the local stores. They’re friendly and service is fast. Beer is ice cold. Pulled pork had lots of flavor. Wish the ribs were a bit bigger, but still good. The chicken wings are awesome. Please look at adding your own version of Alabama white. Would really amp up the flavor of those wings.“

“I ordered the brisket with 2 sides. Excellent cut of meat, very moist & a generous portion. Bake beans were very tasty as well with the greens! Oh yeah, banana pudding definitely topped this afternoon dinner off! Will be back soon....“

“2nd time coming, food was FANTASTIC again. My stepmother said the calamari is the best she has ever had. This woman knows her seafood. I had the oysters and grilled fish. Absolutely amazing. Everyone I have had the pleasure of talking with has been so friendly and cheerful. I have found my new seafood place.“

“If your not in a rush, the atmosphere is great, but the service was extremely slow at 2pm on a Friday and not very busy. We waited 25 minutes for the order of a burger, side salad, strawberry salad and onion soup, plus another 20 minutes just to get the bill, and your water was never filled.“

“Every time we go to our local Bono’s for lunch this beautiful Dallas Cowboy fan waitress takes care of us. She’s always smiling never has anything negative to say and we just wanted to say Thank You we appreciate you. We also appreciate everyone that works there. They take such Good care of us every time The food is always delicious And the store is always clean. Everyone there is so friendly And helpful and we appreciate you all❤“
