If i could give a 10 star i would with out a doubt, in my experience staff was way above helpful i feel the rest of the states need some training feom their staff and learn what real customer service is and how it doesnt hurt you to be polite and nice to people , food was fantastic im not going to complain about the price at all, i woukd definitely come back and i do recommend this place to anyone looking for a date night, dinner night, or try something new.
I come to this restaurant all the time. I love the food and the service. As a regular, I had one issue and today I called the restaurant and the situation was handled with so much respect and transparency!! This encounter will keep me being a regular! Thank you Hot Pot & BBQ Jax!
