“Just finished having a picnic for 2 from Smokin D’s BBQ!!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a dynamite bbq place to eat. Well worth the trip. Best BBQ I have had in a long time. Never had smoked turkey before but they recommend it and I will most definitely have more and the ribs OMG fall off the bone meat. The beans yes more please. Next trip to St. Augustine we will definitely be eating here again.“

“At first I thought it was going to be a tourist spot as it was in the Foundation of Youth compound, but was impressed with the quality of the food and I know Southern Bar B Que living in most of the Southern states.

I definitely recommend and the staff was great, even got a visit from a peacock!“

“My family and I enjoyed MOJO tonight. We have been several times but this was our first with two kiddos. (Our son is special needs and our daughter is two months old). The staff was extremely accommodating and generous, our meals weee delicious with large portions, and the waitress was very helpful with helping us get in and out easily with two strollers and To-Go boxes, bags, and drinks. Even on such a busy night with the crowds in town for the lights, MOJO made our trip worthwhile and even more enjoyable. We will absolutely be back!“

“First of all the food, every single item was remarkably delicious. The Wild West shrimp, outlaw ribeye, the sweet potato with butter and cinnamon, even the broccoli! We brought our baby here for his one year birthday, and they were so accommodating and friendly. We all really enjoyed ourselves and the cowboy western atmosphere was on point too.

“Went to lunch today at this establishment, which we do often. But today’s service was beyond exceptional. My waitress was Brittany and she was fantastic. The best waitress I have seen in St, Johns county. She’s efficient, friendly and on top of her game. I hope they’re taking good care of her. Otherwise another business owner is going to want to snatch her up! Food was awesome as usual.“

“Michael and Kelly catered my daughter’s wedding. Ultimate professionals! They were awesome from the planning stages right through to the event. They worked with us in designing the menu and were flexible as the headcount fluctuated up until the big day.
They showed up right on time at a venue in Clay County. Their set up was elegant and beautiful, not just the disposable chafing pans, but a very nice presentation. The food was incredible and received high praise from the guests (pork, turkey, chicken, beans, Mac and cheese, roasted Brussels sprouts, salad, bread, sauces, veggie platters, banana pudding). They attended the buffet during the whole event, even taking care of a few other traditional family dishes that we made ourselves. They were exceptionally polite and gracious to all of us, even the guests who made special requests. I highly recommend them for any event! So much more than what you might expect from a bbq food truck.“

“This place had a really cool vibe. They had 2 bars and a brewery, and the brewery closes earlier than the bars. Both bars had a few beers from the brewery. It had a very cool vibe, everyone waved at us as we walked in like we were old friends. LOL.“

“The grand opening of the Texas Roadhouse in St. Augustine was a bustling affair, with diners pouring in non-stop. The managers and staff were well-prepared and eager to serve. As I arrived, I noticed the addition of a To Go walk-up window, a fantastic concept that I'll surely use in the future. Our dining experience was delightful, thanks to our server Taylor. She was incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable, making our time there enjoyable. Despite my son running late, she remained patient as I held the table for an extended period. While waiting, I couldn't help but notice Nay, one of the servers, who stood out from the rest. She was not only efficient and diligent but also showed compassion and care. I watched in awe as she communicated with an elderly couple using sign language, engaging them in full conversations. The couple looked so happy and appreciative of Nay's genuine personality, and I was equally impressed. I made sure to inform Nay's manager, Chase, of my observations. The staff's genuine desire to make the dining experience enjoyable is what will bring me back in the near future.“
