“This place appears child friendly but I went last night with my hubby for a date. Best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had in my life. Ceviche app was also chef’s kiss. My husband had the Chicken and Hoecakes dish. Again, 🤯! The desert was okay but everything else including staff were phenomenal. Atmosphere was nice, dim lighting surrounds you in raw architecture with an intimate feel. Drinks were also incredibly good. If you’re on the fence, get off it and go!“

The music you grew up with, your parents listened to and some you may have never heard. And the vinyls are for sale. Rob has created a great place to relax and enjoy the company of others.“

“We were on the Rum Runner 21+ tonight and it was horrible. My husband and I wanted to get outta there so bad and we couldn’t. Another couple that was there could not wait to get off the ship as well. We get it’s a 21+ and totally fine with the bad words. But the way they talked about sex etc was just nasty and embarrassing. I would not waste my time on this if I were you. It’s nothing like it was said to be. Yea that sang and told jokes but that was it. No pirate stuff, no finding the treasure like we were told. Just not happy at all. We will not return.“

“Unless you're flying to Naples, Italy, this is going to be the closest thing. I was watching the entire process from start to finish and even having some great banter with the owner while he was making us 6 margherita pizzas on the fly. The way he folded the dough and stretched it was exactly how the process is taught and done in real Napolitano style. The dough was on point, sauce was authentic (approved by my rather large family who have just flown in from Naples, Italy) and I knew this was something else when my aunt exclaimed, "Wow, finally someone who does not put oregano in pizza sauce!" The trademark charred crust was beautifully adorned on each pizza and each bite took me back to my youth when we spent summers in Naples with family, where the pizzas just simply melt in your mouth 😋 Well done, Real Peel, well done. You have managed to satisfy 6 authetic, native, and extremely strict Napolitano Italians who were not going to let cut corners slide. 👏👏👏 Highly recommend, and definitely coming back. I'm glad to have finally found the only real pizza in St Augustine!!“

“Bar None in St. Augustine is a hidden gem! Despite a chilly evening, we ventured out with our two dogs for a quick weekend getaway. Initially, we planned to enjoy just one drink on the patio, but friendly bartender Emily welcomed us and our furry companions inside. The warm and inviting atmosphere, filled with mostly locals, made us feel right at home. Our dogs were showered with affection, and Emily even brought them their own water bowls. What started as a quick drink turned into a multiple-round stay. Five stars to the friendly locals, the cozy bar, and especially to Emily for going above and beyond! We'll definitely be back, with or without our doggos.“

“We came here while on vacation from Georgia. The atmosphere is awesome, service is top notch and the owners and staff really make you feel welcome and like home. Definitely worth a visit if your local or just on vacation“

“Small, cash-only bar that serves beer and wine and offers outdoor covered seating. Very nice bartender and friendly regulars. For being such a small bar, it does offer a lot of entertainment. It has one pool table, at least three video poker machines, a stage, and a jukebox.
No food menu that I noticed, but two steps away, next door, is a restaurant that serves home-style to-go food.“

“While the host here could use some work, (just sitting out on the front on his cell phone), the rest of our experience was good. However, we stopped by a few nights later to eat here again and were told we weren’t able to eat inside, even though there was nobody seated inside. Other than that, we really enjoyed our experience here. Our server disappeared halfway through dinner, but was quickly taken over by somebody else and they never missed a beat. The food was absolutely fantastic. We split the two meals, and they even had pre-split them for us before they came out. Highly recommend! Great backyard area if it’s not too hot!“

“I love beach vacations but I’m allergic to shellfish. Usually eating in a touristy, beach town is difficult but I swear Kyle knew every possible point of cross contamination on this menu. I had a fantastic Tuna Poke Bowl, my husband loved the taco salad, and my kids loved their spicy tuna roll and wave burger. Thank you to Kyle. Thank you to the restaurant for training their staff on allergens. We will probably go again because the food was fantastic and I feel safe there.“

“My family and I enjoyed MOJO tonight. We have been several times but this was our first with two kiddos. (Our son is special needs and our daughter is two months old). The staff was extremely accommodating and generous, our meals weee delicious with large portions, and the waitress was very helpful with helping us get in and out easily with two strollers and To-Go boxes, bags, and drinks. Even on such a busy night with the crowds in town for the lights, MOJO made our trip worthwhile and even more enjoyable. We will absolutely be back!“

“This place had a really cool vibe. They had 2 bars and a brewery, and the brewery closes earlier than the bars. Both bars had a few beers from the brewery. It had a very cool vibe, everyone waved at us as we walked in like we were old friends. LOL.“

“My husband and I stopped into Tradewinds Lounge because of its history, and it absolutely did not disappoint.

The atmosphere is exactly what you hope for in a historic bar. The warm wood interior makes the space feel inviting and comfortable, and it has the kind of character that simply can't be replicated. It's the sort of place where you immediately want to settle in and stay awhile.

I hate to admit that I can't remember our server's name, but she was wonderful, and the bartender was equally fantastic. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helped make the experience memorable.

The live music was a great addition and only added to the charm of the place. And a word of warning: be careful with the punch. It is absolutely delicious, but it may very well be the only drink you need that day.

Between the history, atmosphere, music, drinks, and great staff, Tradewinds Lounge ended up being one of our favorite stops in St. Augustine. We would happily return the next time we're in town.“
