“This is my husband favorite place to have an upscale burger. He is obsessed with the PK Signature Burger. The burger is a blend of short rib, brisket and sirloin. He says it’s very flavorful. I usually get one of the burger options made with a vegi burger. Their vegi burgers are the best that I have had. The service and atmosphere are top notch. They also have live music in the evenings.Vegetarian options: Vegi mushroom burger is delicious.“
“We have been to St Augustine a lot and visited various establishments. This place is everything you would expect it to be. True Southern Hospitality with great/ kind service, restaurant space in well kept condition, and lastly and most importantly a chef and kitchen staff that has passion and care for the food that is being delivered to customers. Absolutely wonderful and bravo to the cooks at this restaurant, food was worth every penny spent. I will recommend and will continue to visit this fine place. Thank you for a wonderful night with my wife. Great experience!“
“In the quaint town of St. Augustine, FL, you can find this cocktail bar near the beach. The ambiance inside can be described as vintage elegance, with cozy additional seating outside. But what truly stole my heart was the bird cage out front, a great spot that practically begs for a photo op! The drinks were nothing short of spectacular. Each cocktail was crafted with meticulous care and precision, showcasing a perfect balance of flavors and creativity. From classics to innovative concoctions, every sip was a delight. While we didn't indulge in the food offerings this time around, I have no doubt that they're equally impressive. However, the drinks alone are reason enough to pay this place a visit.“
“We waited over an hour and a half to be seated, which we were told we'd wait that long so that was okay but maybe if they allowed reservations and had a 15-minute locked time, the wait for non reservations may not have been as bad. The food was good. It took about 20 minutes for our server to introduce herself once we were seated. They could've done better on that. But we mentioned that we were there to celebrate our anniversary and our dessert was on them which was a lovely treat.“
“Apr 2024: Came here on a Monday night and sat on the rooftop. Beautiful views. Rooftop is first come first serve and grab a seat anywhere. They have a different food menu up there (less expensive). We ordered the lobster pizza and filet pizza. Both were excellent. The filet pizza had a lot of steak on it. Also ordered an old fashioned which was great. I would recommend this place and come back.“
“My mother, sister and I were ravenous and needed good sandwiches that would fill us up. We also needed a place with outdoor seating because we had the dog with us. We chose Cheba Hut and we're not disappointed! The outdoor seating was perfect and an employee even filled up a doggy bowl with water for our pup. The sandwiches were incredible and hearty (probably a top 3 sub - and I'm a tough critic). If you want a good sandwich and you're hungry, come here!“
“Had the brisket sandwich with fries while waiting for my truck to get finished up in service. Pretty good, I think they put some melted cheese on it, so I but different than what I was expecting but I enjoyed it.Say at the bar and had great service. They have a good selection of craft beer to choose from. Some from the local St. Augustine area and others that you will recognize.“
“Unexpected night out landed us here. Arrived here about 830ish, unfortunately they were out of several items that we were interested in. A singer was here this evening, pleasant atmosphere. I joked that it has a Pottery Barn/Crate and Barrel feel to it.Service was great, waiter was very polite and social.Food was amazing. Steak was tender, sweet potato fry things were seasoned perfect. Great flavoring. Bread tray was different, the biscuit had an interesting scent to it, possibly an orange scent or flower. Can't place it.Would definitely come back.“
“Mangos Mangos is delicious! Such a refreshing menu of unique dishes. I had to try the corn cakes with mozzarella cheese in the middle topped with jerk shrimp and other bold flavors. Just wow comfort food with a kick of flavor. I look forward to returning!“
“Jenna & Jared have created a unique spot in downtown St Augustine. Jenna did an amazing job with my tattoo! This is my 2nd tattoo from her. She even touched up the 1st tattoo without me even asking! Afterwards, my friend & I enjoyed a glass of Prosecco at the bar! This is a great place with an awesome vibe!!“
“First time hearing of and eating at Mellow Mushroom. The staff is very amazing and friendly and pizza is top notch! And this is coming from a New Yorker:).The hours of operation were convenient. I was looking for a place to eat late at night and this place popped up a few block from my hotel. If I visit St Augustine again, I will definitely eat here and will eat at other Mellow Mushrooms in other states.“
“I don’t know if I want everyone to know but this is my favorite place. I absolutely love doing the wine tasting just before going to eat upstairs. My favorite item is the Cheeseburger with bacon (best), the music has a chill vibe and Ashley (server) took great care of us and was very pleasant.“
“We always make a few stops here while in St Augustine, the food is always good, with generous portions, tonight we had the best server, Dana.Always a great experience and I highly recommend this restaurant.Dietary restrictions: Our server was great at making sure my meal was dairy free.“
“AAaaaaaaaaaa+++++++++++ I have to admit, we were a little skeptical when we walked in the door. We could definitely get the vibe of a former Chinese Buffet of some sort......But the food was amazing. Great atmosphere. Great staff. We will definitely return if we pass through again!“
“This place has really good artists playing all the time. You see people peeking into the courtyard to see who’s playing. Some people walk and dance to the beat as they walk by, and others make there way in. I consider this pub, one the best with music entertainment on St. George street. Food offered at this location is Auntie Anne’s, inside building. I got the impression that this location only offers beers, wine, and premixed drinks. Which is fine and understandable. I was looking for more like a mixed drink.“
“Stopped here by myself for a quick bite. I had the rueben dog. It was the best hot dog I ever ate in my life. All beef cooked perfectly, the bun was so soft and warm, the cheese and slaw just melted in my mouth. I only hope to get back one day for another one.“
“The Savory Faire Food & Wine Tour with Ed was exceptional. We enjoyed his culinary knowledge, and tales of St. Augustine’s history, woven between sips and bites. A delightful treat for our anniversary with new friends. A highlight of our visit!“
“Love the art of the place, but more importantly the food. We got a chimichanga, street taco of chicharron and I got the cerdo plate, highly recommended if you're doing lazy keto. They allowed us a couple of substitutions at not charge. On Sunday they have a margarita pitcher at a good price, good for 4 glasses. It was not a super busy, so service was fast even outside. Price was fair. We will definitely come back! ???“
“LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! Celebrated my 50th Birthday here... went two days in a row! It is such a fun atmosphere! Drinks were delicious and you get a little duck with every drink. Prices were great! So happy to have this little piece of fun in St. Augustine. Will be visiting often for sure! On Saturday, there was only one bartender, but she was working her tail feathers off and didn't miss a beat. Wish I got her name, because she was amazing!“
“The St. George Tavern is a grungy bar where your choice is a surprisingly good lunch or a day at the bar drinking your cares away. We chose the former. Our club sandwich was piled high with turkey, bacon, ham and cheese. Our bratwurst, slathered in a scrumptious mustard sauce, was the star. They seem to do a brisk take-out business and everything we saw being packed for delivery looked great.“
“This a great, new establishment in St. Augustine! Light-hearted and fun atmosphere. I played Scrabble there with my sister recently on a huge game board supplied by Mugsy's. Lol. And the wait-staff have always been polite, friendly and welcoming. Cheers!!!“
“Looking for the cliche Florida coastal crab boil restaurant. Hurrican Patty's filled the need - as if it came out of a movie. It's off the road, on the marina docking bay = picture perfect. They're open later than other places, which was mainly what we were looking for. Shop owners eat later than the tourists. #factsWe walked around the venue before entering and loved the entire water "bay vibe". The restaurant has a wrap around walking dock / deck with an outside bar, table seating, and live music all on the backside. On the front side of the venue is the entrance, and an outdoor table seating patio. Upon entering, you have to wait to be seated by the hostess. This has a very Joe's Crab Shack meets pirates ambiance without the "restaurant chain" feel. Our service was quick, semi friendly, and to the point. Our server gal took care of us, had a smile, but was not hovering - and that's what we expected. A total cliche server experience. The "Painkiller" drink I ordered was stiff and DARN yummy! The price was right, not over priced. I would have preferred a top shelf rum and no ice. Next time I'll ask. They have the crab boil special on Saturdays.I didn't know about the social when I chose this venue for our food adventure Night. The price was great as we happened to go on a Saturday. I also pre-gamed signed up for their email list on their website and got a coupon for a shrimp appetizer emailed to me. Woop!I've never had anything "oyster" before. (Being from Vegas, it's not something you order when there... I would recommend it.) We ordered the oyster sampler. We also ordered the shrimp and grits for next day breakfast / lunch. Sunday chill day pre-gaming.!The shrimp appetizer was buttery and light. It's a perfect starter for two. I recommend it.The oysters were steamed well, but I wasn't a fan of ALL the flavors on platter. The oyster and lobster was so F-ing good. I'd order just that next time. The crab bucket was on point. YES! I would prefer more seasoning, but I'm not mad at it. This is large enough to share. Great for 2 people if you have an appetizer. The shrimp and grits were darn good.I felt the grits were a little undercooked, but I didn't mind because the next day I heated them up in a pot with some milk and butter and they were bomb AF!!!!!!I can imagine, though, people WOULD complain "the grits are undercooked".I took home the sausage from my crab boil. Sliced them up and cook them the next day - adding them to my grits for a PERFECT no cook Sunday meal. Nom nom.I would highly recommend hHurricane Patty's as a venue to take people to, especially on a Friday or Saturday evening when there is live music outside. The prices were very reasonable.Don't expect five star service. Expect your meal served to you - you might get a smile. I'm okay with that because, it's a Marina restaurant... Up in the cut.The food IS surprisingly good. The atmosphere is awesome! I would imagine dinner at sunset would be very chill and romantic.REASONS TO VISIT:1. Location2. Plenty of Parking3. Ambiance4. Overall Venue5. Reasonable Prices6. Decent Food7. Decent D“
“Picture it St. Augustine, 2024. You and you travel group are hungry. All of the restaurants in Old Town have a 30min wait, minimum. Two members of your party are about to get HANGRY. Don't be that group. Come to Mojo's. No wait, cold AC, delicious BBQ and drinks. Be in the know, and come to Mojo's.“
“Awesome spot to enjoy some good beer. We had a small birthday event there and Bartender that evening was great. Very attentive to all the guests. We didnt realize the closing time and She stayed well past closing hour not telling anyone it was closed; didn't rush anyone out! Thank you!!“
“Nick was AMAZING. The best local dive bar we could've stumbled upon. took us in like we were locals. He sang to us with a guitar. we came down here as a girls trip to just get away and he made us feel like we were right where we need to be. Not only him but all the locals as well, could never have a nicer bartender or local crowd“
“One of the best-kept secrets in West Saint Augustine over by bass Haven on State Road 13 on the St Johns River. Is the membership only and part of the Orioles nest National Organization. They have horseshoes pool tables darts and live bands that play on Friday. If you like a clean and safe Honky Tonk then I suggest you try it. The staff is incredible in the members are very very friendly and polite.“
“A cool brewery in Downton St Augustine. We stopped in for a drink while wandering the city. It's a nice tap room with a lot of space. You can definitely pack a lot of people in. There are just a few tables but they don't have food anyway. The staff are nice enough.Nice selection of beers, amber, porter, red, IPA, lager. Nice spread. They were out of the 2 I was most interested in which is shame but it happens. Also while the IBU's were fairly low on most beers they all had a harsh hop bite on the finish. If you're into IPAs you'll probably like everything here. If not then everything other than the porter is probably going to turn you off.Not a bad place to drink to in St Augustine.“
“Great place to go for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Very clean atmosphere and friendly people along with great bartenders. I would recommend going here if you like to chill and have a few drinks while you watch a game or play pool.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly place.“
“Wanna get away from the mundane and let your hair down? Play some pool, shut the box or listen to a live band.... they have great friendly bartenders. Heck, the customers are super nice and talkative! Nothing like being made to feel welcomed no matter your walk of life.“
“My wife and I did our rehearsal dinner at the taberna and they were phenomenal. The food was sneaky good, I would definitely recommend the plantains, the beans, and most importantly the short rib. The bacon wrapped scallops rocked too!Autumn and her team took tremendous care of our whole group. I can’t say thank you enough.“
“Love this place! Very unassuming, relaxed atmosphere. Dive bar vibe ?. Great drinks, great prices. Gotta love the soft spots in the floor .Kid-friendliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Should have given it 5 stars since they don't allow anyone under 21 years old.“
“If you like dive bars, like I do, you will enjoy this place. Cold beers - nice jukebox - and a lot of locals. Felt a little bit as an outsider but seemed to be welcomed by everyone on the place. Pool table and tv on the wall along with a few slot type machines. If you are not into a bar that you can smoke in, forget it. This IS A BAR - with cold beer, cigarette smoke and a few good laughs. Take it for what it is.“
“My husband and I went to pizza alley and offer our highest recommendation to the restaurant but especially want to commend bartender Hanna in the Chianti Bar for her great and efficient service. She is a credit to herself and the bosses that have competently trained her. She is an important part of the business. She provides excellent service to the tables and at the same time, the bar she manages effortlessly. Great employees are hard to find but PA has one! She is a keeper!“
“Had a great time with TJ and Anita earlier today while we were downtown. We loved the bar, very historic feeling and the mill itself is very interesting to watch from one of the tables. We liked the drinks we got, plus the music was pretty enjoyable. Great place for a date!“
“Service was friendly and timely. Food was fabulous. Lt. boil, blue crab corn chowder, gator tail, and humongous hotdogs for the kids. Everything was delicious. Everything was really fresh.Kid-friendliness: We ate out back at picnic tables to see the sunset. Great spot for busy kids. My kids found the path to the water and were looking for crabs.“
“I had the best experience at this restaurant for my birthday. My husband worked with Jeanetta to reserve the venue for my private event party. There was a live band that played 90s pop and r&b covers. They had a photo booth and custom made my birthday cake. I felt so special and my guests all felt like VIP. Service was amazing, food was so delicious and the entertainment was fantastic. Big thanks to Lisa and her team. We were talking about my party for days! I'll be sure to consider hosting my next intimate celebration here again! Loved every detail and care they took for my special day.“
“We stayed down the street for vacation and decided to come here the last night to unwind before driving back home to Pinells. Had a great time. The bartender and locals were a lot of fun and everyone was super cool to us. Definitely coming back next time we come up here!“
“Loved the Castillo first time visit with my brunch group. We had a private room, it was amazing. Our waitress was very efficient and friendly. Food was delicious. Everything was great. The hotel was elegant and comfortable, we took a look around.“
“We had a nice dinner here last night. Service was very good, as was the food. I enjoyed the different sauces that were available at each table. My only complaint (and not the restaurants fault) would be the pigeons that were hanging around us during our entire meal. They seemed to bother some of the people dining there (but indoor seating would take care of that problem). Fast service, good food...I would definitely return and recommend!“
“Burger was good, if your not a regular, you will get 2nd rate service. Had lunch, and we came back to see the band they raved about. Got here an hour early and they had saved a dozen tables, there are only about 20, for people that aren't there yet. When we asked which tables weren't saved, there was one in the gar corner. So if you're not a regualar, dont bother. If you sit at the tables they tell you not to walk to the bar and get a drink. Bar resue.....“
“PK Poutine was out of this world. The pork belly was crispy and good. The cheese sauce they use was smooth and creamy. Our waiter, Lex, was funny and truly great with taking our orders. The drinks were strong but good. Lex was good in making suggestions. The place is comfortable once we moved to the bench seats. Chairs at table aren't user friendly for wide butts. Overall it was a fun meal with a bounty of good food.“
“We went on the 4pm cruise which was more geared towards kids. The kids were bored the first 15 minutes but as soon as the pirates started fighting it was entertaining. My main complaint is that they overbooked. A lot of children had to sit in the parents laps to make room for adults without seats. And the seats we backbreaking painful to sit on…but you are on a pirate ship. Our kids are 8 and 9 years old but I saw 12 years old having a ton of fun.Save yourself the headache and park at the Visitor Center Parking deck. It’s $20, but it’s impossible to find parking anywhere else.“
“The bartender that is named Gina, is absolutely amazing. She provided a warm experience for me and my friends. Excellent service and she was never without a Smile. I will definitely be back again, and i look forward to her jokes and quick come back.“
“All 3 of us enjoyed our food. I am picky and it was one of the best burgers I've had. Just for comparison we went to Ford's garage and the burger was just ok . The server was fantastic. I didn't hear her name but she was fun and fast and our order was correct. The music was good but on the loud side, it made it hard to talk. All 3 of us were singing along so we enjoyed it. I will definitely recommend 2 Creeks to my friends.“
“No Name Bar in St. Augustine is a true hidden gem. This local favorite offers a warm, laid-back atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The drink selection is extensive, with a variety of craft beers and unique cocktails on the menu. The staff is friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. The bar's off-the-beaten-path location adds to its charm, making it a fantastic spot to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle. If you're looking for a unique and authentic St. Augustine experience, No Name Bar is a must-visit.“
“Stayed at the hotel where this restaurant is located for a month. I ate there almost every night for dinner. Good food and great service. Big shout out to all the bar staff. Robin, Kelly, Amanda, and Thomas. Always friendly and great conversations.“
“Food and service were not what anyone would expect when paying for a meal out. 1st we asked for a high chair and they had none. Then the kids wanted Mozzarella sticks and they were out. They got chicken fingers and fries which were horrible. Then the waitress brought someone elses bill to us and was not very nice at all when we told her. When a 7 year old says the table is dirty, it must be. The rest room was dirty not kept up. The health department needs to look into this place.“
“We read about this place and saw all the good reviews so we decided to come here and check it out. I have to tell you this was an absolute amazing experience! We sat at the bar and ordered some appetizers which were superb! We ordered our first drinks from the menu which were great but the second round we asked the bartender to make something off menu. Let me tell you they did not disappoint, the bartenders here are super knowledgeable and very friendly! We had China as our Bartender and she’s fantastic! I can only recommend this place!“
