“Outstanding food with a wide variety of menu options. However, the restaurant was short staffed the night we dined- one server for the restaurant and bar. Decor is outdated and dingy. Again the food is excellent and prices are fair. Would dine again but be sure to bring your patience.“
“Place is a ole community watering hole. Fairly priced small cups and don't expect to order a specialty drink (long island) and get a normal sized glass. You get the lil small Bar glass but pay the big dollar price. Bar tenders come and go very few have real bar tending/mixology skills. Could use a major update in the look and atmosphere. Dark and stuffy and not very pleasing on the eyes. The owner is a great guy . All in all it's an alright place to go shoot a game of pool on the work weeks end and catch a buzz or just catch up with friends and get ye latest gossip. HahaParking: Few parking spots due to it being in a share business complex some parking in the back.“
“The food was outstanding. The wait staff was outstanding. I am not giving 5 stars, because their receipt is dishonest. At the bottom they tell you how much an 18% tip is, a 20% tip, etc. They blatantly lie. I calculated a 20% tip myself before noticing what they publish. A 20% tip was $3.75, on the receipt they save $3.75 is an 18% tip. VERY dishonest. Go and enjoy the amazing food, but calculate your tip yourself. Very disappointing.“
“They do an amazing job! It’s a big reason we chose to rent here - it’s such a nice option for an easy lunch for everyone that I don’t have to cook. The food is honestly fantastic and we love their cocktails! So glad to have this as an amenity!“
“Scruff's is a nice little beer and wine bar in Palm Coast. The servers are beautiful inside and out. I've never had to wait on a drink. Although I've only recently started going there, all the bartenders call me by name the minute I walk in.The reasons I didn't give 5 stars:No liquorNo paper towels in the ladies room (I hate those air dryers). The bartender will give you paper towels if you remember to ask.“
“My husband and I went here for dinner for the first time tonight. The hostess was friendly and welcoming. We sat in the bar area and was served by the bartender, Jen. Jen was prompt, funny and attentive. She answered all our questions about the menu. We had the steak, chicken and shrimp hibachi combo. We split the dinner and it was more than enough for two! And it was delicious! The manager stopped by to make sure everything was to our liking, he even cleared our plates! Tonight was our first visit, but it won’t be our last!“

But I was surprised about the quite big beer selection.The place was not so loud and had many TVs hanging all around. “Nice little spot to grab a drink. It’s a surf-themed bar with a large selection of draft beer at some great prices. They have a decent sized bar with several tables inside and a couple of small seating areas outside as well. The only negative I can say is that the bar top is too high and feels awkward when sitting at it. Not a big deal and can be easily avoided by sitting at one of the tables, but worth mentioning.“
