“We frequent St. Augustine for an evening out about once a month from Mandarin (Jacksonville). We had the grilled mahi with grit cakes and grilled chicken spring risotto for dinner tonight. Fantastic food (kudos to the chef) and great attentive service. I also enjoyed 2 of their Manhattans which were as good as the ones that I had in New York!! Highly recommend this restaurant!!!!!“
“I have stalked thos place for a few years now and never made it in. We stopped in today after blueberry picking.OMDThis place was definitely worth all the hype.My ribs were Huge and meaty and I have enough left for 2 more meals!Mac n' cheese and collards were great too. That datil cornbread tho . . . I should've ordered more it was so freaking good.“
“Amazing. I'm Cuban. From Miami. Yes. Authentic and just what I needed. Skip the touristy and pricey Columbia and come this this place. Worth the extra few minutes of a drive. We need this place in Pensacola. Please come and open another restaurant there.“
“Best Chicago beef I've had outside of Chicago. The owner was super friendly and was very quick service. The location was very nice right on the water with live music playing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. My wife got a Chicago dog and fries both were also very good.“
“Stopped here on a rainy afternoon and Funkadelic Food Truck delivered a flavor explosion in every dish, despite the stormy conditions. Our family could not have been more impressed with the quality of the food, and the kindness of the staff. We were the last order before they closed, and the OG Burgers, OG Shrimp Sliders, and Goods Bowl with Shrimp were hot, fresh, and amazingly delicious. Thank you for accommodating us and creating a truly memorable meal!“
“Place is perfect nifty. All sorts of beers in tap, about 2 dozen grilled cheese and they were great I got one for ith mango ham bacon and it was amazing they have a great selection of pinball if you are into that which I am not. That's a few retro games spread out threw out the building“
“So I told my family, this place it's small but had really good reviews, let's all try it for my birthday dinner. Let me tell you this, this place did not disappoint. Everyone's meals were so delicious and I mean seriously DELICIOUS!! The service was phenomenal, we had the Penne Bolognese (OMG its what my son and I had and everyone wanted to eat it, omg i want to get it again) and some others had Spaghetti with meatballs (which were gigantic btw but super delicious, i had bite of my wifes lol) and Chicken Parm was super juicy chicken. Then for my birthday they sung and brought this phenomenal lemon cake dessert and OMG everyone was trying to eat my birthday cake slice!! Recommending this place would be an understatement! This is a MUST GO EAT THERE place if you are downtown St. Augustine!!!!“
“Went here because i saw someone say it was the best avocado toast they’ve ever had and i could not believe they were actually right! I would come back here for the food alone. Service was so great as well everyone had such a positive energy you can feel.“
“I was on my way to Starbucks when I passed this place. I doubled back to go there, and boy was I glad I did. The barista was very friendly, as were all of the other people in line, and the coffee was great. I know it's a chain, but I will definitely go “
“In the quaint town of St. Augustine, FL, you can find this cocktail bar near the beach. The ambiance inside can be described as vintage elegance, with cozy additional seating outside. But what truly stole my heart was the bird cage out front, a great spot that practically begs for a photo op! The drinks were nothing short of spectacular. Each cocktail was crafted with meticulous care and precision, showcasing a perfect balance of flavors and creativity. From classics to innovative concoctions, every sip was a delight. While we didn't indulge in the food offerings this time around, I have no doubt that they're equally impressive. However, the drinks alone are reason enough to pay this place a visit.“
“My mother, sister and I were ravenous and needed good sandwiches that would fill us up. We also needed a place with outdoor seating because we had the dog with us. We chose Cheba Hut and we're not disappointed! The outdoor seating was perfect and an employee even filled up a doggy bowl with water for our pup. The sandwiches were incredible and hearty (probably a top 3 sub - and I'm a tough critic). If you want a good sandwich and you're hungry, come here!“
“We waited over an hour and a half to be seated, which we were told we'd wait that long so that was okay but maybe if they allowed reservations and had a 15-minute locked time, the wait for non reservations may not have been as bad. The food was good. It took about 20 minutes for our server to introduce herself once we were seated. They could've done better on that. But we mentioned that we were there to celebrate our anniversary and our dessert was on them which was a lovely treat.“
“Guacamole is delicious, my husband loves the Carnitas, I tried The Sprout last time and LOVE it! I also love the St Augustine. Which is fried shrimp. So delicious and you can but beer or wine while you wait right next door.I tried the crispy pork fried rice taco, amazing! They are busy, because they are so good, so sometimes you have to wait, but it is worth it!Vegetarian options: The Sprout is wonderful!“
“This place is a must for anyone visiting St. Augustine. It has great curb appeal and the inside does not disappoint. It’s a very bright and relaxed space. The food is cooked like they enjoy their craft and the taste is always great. They sell local art which livens up the space even more. Would give extra stars if I could. French press coffee for the win!“
“This is my favorite restaurant. The food is great. The people are amazing. The owner is the nicest guy ever. They really go above ahead beyond. Very vegan and vegetarian friendly.Thank you so very much. Try their cinnamon coffee, it's amazing.“
“I'm not a food critic. But I have the ability to enjoy good food because of my taste buds. The food is fresh and tasty, we ate Sufer Sarah, one with potato's fries and the other with hash browns. Jackie was the waitress with a smile on her face, and in her soul, the service was lovely. In fact, all the staff were very nice. In the previous reviews, parking was a big problem, but it's worth the wait and having a good atmosphere and time. Pet friendly. Congratulations Beach Diner at A1A St.Augustine, FLCNA“
“We were visiting from south Florida this past week and decided to come give it try ,an Omg soooo good. Was amazing. Great service, nice clean establishment, the Sundae was to die for ,I literally inhaled it in minutes.!!! Can't wait to come “
“Driving down the road, and saw this brewery. Busted a u-turn, and checked it out. So glad I did! I had the Kookaburra Brown Ale, which was very good. Got me a shirt and Tin tacker, as well. If you want a spot away from all the tourists in St. Augustine, and great beer, check this place out!“
“For our lunch in St. Augustine, we were inclined towards a healthier option, specifically craving a satisfying Salad Bowl. After some pre-visit research, Crave caught my attention with its diverse Salad Bowl offerings.Choosing Crave for our lunch destination, conveniently situated near downtown St. Augustine, proved to be an excellent decision. The restaurant's interior boasted a smooth and beautifully decorated ambiance, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere.Perusing the menu, I opted for two bowls--one from the menu, the Island Bowl, and a customized creation for my wife. The service was prompt and efficient, providing our bowls for a convenient to-go experience. The culinary experience at Crave surpassed expectations. The food was not only healthy and fresh but also incredibly delicious, satisfying our cravings effortlessly. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring each bowl was substantial enough to leave one feeling pleasantly full. Crave stands out as a true gem in St. Augustine, situated in the downtown area, offering both quality and reasonable prices.“
“Did flight with 5 of their beers and liked all of them ! The sour Lions Head honey was my hubbie’s favorite, my favorite toss up between Rhapsody in Red and Orange Blossom Honey Ale. Alas no cans were available to purchase and we are traveling so didn’t want to pay for another growler we can’t refill. Would definitely go back but need to bring food !“
“Had my share of California Burritos, from Oceanside,Cali, all the way on the West Coast. But its been a good 12 years since I had one....until tonight, out here on the east coast in St Augustine....Yep, this is dead on a California Burrito!!! So so good!Stood in line for an hour and 30 minutes! Totally worth it“
“After visiting Maggie's Herb Farm, I looked for a place to eat and hang out with family afterwards. Bog brewing was a drive, but close enough that we took the scenic route and drove there. I had looked to make sure they served food and allowed dogs there. Yelp has old pictures of Mannys Cuban Food, which is incorrect because now it is Tacos My Blessings food truck. We pulled up to the dirt parking lot and were able to find a space in the back. It gets crowded quickly, and this was around 2 pm on a Saturday afternoon. They have a fake grass area with toys for the kids, the food truck, seating, and access to the brewery. We found an end spot with plenty of seating and browsed the food menu for lunch. I chose the pork quesadilla, and my mom chose the three tacos with chorizo and steak. We were able to get a cup of beans for my toddler son. My mom then went inside to order drinks. I chose the Snow Rips DIPA, and my mom chose one of their ciders. Our food came out quickly, as well as the beers. The food was authentic Mexican, with lots of flavor, ingredients, and a freshness that is hard to find. The DIPA was light but had a good citrus hoppy flavor to it. We were able to enjoy everything outside for over an hour, and the dog was happy sniffing and meeting new friends. I'm glad we stopped by and highly recommend!“
“We thought we weren't going to be able to get in because the place looked so crowded for lunch, but that was the front of the building. Do yourself a favor and go around to the back. Much more open in terms of seating. Less of a hustle and bustle feel. The wait staff was very nice, super friendly and very attentive. We all loved our food! The fried oysters I had were probably the largest I'd ever seen. The Mac and cheese with bacon was absolutely delicious. The piece of fish with the fish and chips was huge The only complaint was the Ruben egg rolls. So you might want to avoid them. We would absolutely return next time we're in town.“
“My wife and I stopped in this place to get some coffee ice cream. I got coffee crunch, which had big chunks of chocolate in it and some crunchy stuff. I don't know what it was but it was delicious. I had it in the sugar cone. My wife got dark chocolate raspberry ice creamwhich she said was terrific, not my taste, but she loved it. Young lady behind the counter was terrific. She was nice. She was smiling she gave us taste of the ice cream, easy five star.“
“Positively the best fast food place in town!I don't even like to call it a "fast food" restaurant because the quality of their food and service is way above average.Culvers Deluxe, Onion Rings, Corn Dog, and Root Beer is my go-to!My mother absolutely loves their hot fudge sundaes.Keep up the great work!“
“These were the BEST bagels I've ever had. I'm obsessed with bagels and these were my top two. I had the avocado special today and it was perfect, the right amount of everything. I also had the blueberry bagel with the honey and almond cream cheese and it was warm with enough cream cheese to not be sad. The bagels were warm and soft with a little chewy to not be dense or stale. I'm picky with the quality of food I eat and I knew that this shop had the best. Everything is clearly made in store with super friendly staff/service. If I lived nearby I would eat here every morning, there are so many different options and combinations to try. 100/10, very much recommend!!“
“Cutest little coffee truck on the island with darn good cold brew, shaved ice, and affagatos. They have homemade syrups (brown sugar for the win), and shaved ice with candy toppings - the kids were in heaven. Even our dog enjoyed the homemade treats they have. How have we missed the best coffee in the world for this long?“
“Tanks is always so good. Great local place. The sushi is always fresh and tasty. We usually get the Cali roll, dynamite roll, Godzilla roll, spicy tuna, salmon roll. Their hibachi meat is tender and not dry even when we ask for less sauce. Service is always courteous, chill and on it!“
“This was the best pizza joint we’ve experienced in a while! My family and I loved it! The pizza was great. We got it by the slice…they know exactly how to heat up that slice, too. We tried the garlic knots…YUM! And, at the recommendation of our airbnb host we tried the pizza pinwheels…AMAZING! Everyone who was working there was working hard, but they were so nice if you had questions. It was a great experience . Oh, and we got cannoli to go…once again, we were not disappointed.“
“Nice menu, excellent coffee & desserts. Love the ice cream with cold brewed coffee, whipped cream & nuts! Nice atmosphere inside & out on Aviles Street. Open later in the evening than many downtown establishments.Parking: No parking on Aviles Street.Kid-friendliness: Assortment of kid-friendly entrees reasonably priced.“
“I met the owner upon my first visit last week and he is so passionate about his cafe. The Veggie Samosa was delicious and the coffee was strong and flavorful. There is a wide variety of hand crafted gifts to look at, and a small plant-trade on the outdoor patio. Such a wonderful way to start my day!!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Samosas!“
“My wife and I stopped here for lunch while visiting St. Augustine. It was our anniversary and the day of the eclipse. We were seated at the front and had a great view of the river. I ordered the shrimp and grits and they were the best I ever had. I will stop there again just for that. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere. Give it a try!“
“Came down for a bachelorette trip. Had trouble getting a reservation so I emailed and the owner got back to me within 24 hours which I appreciated! Food was amazing, I got steak frites and paired it with the glass of red that was recommended on the menu. Everyone raved about their food once we were finished. It was decorated so cute too. 10/10“
“Food and coffee are PHENOMENAL I would give it 20 stars if I could, but the customer Service was so so bad!!! Maybe if they worked for tips they would be more friendly and overall helpful or at least ACT like they aren’t super miserable to be there! I would rather have great service and be able to tip the 40% I WOULD HAVE GLADLY “

“We arrived early for our reservation, (highly recommended). As we were waiting for the rest of our party, Cindy came out and asked if we would like something to drink, while we wait. That alone impressed me. Next we were seated quickly after a few others made us welcome. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable. Our server Anne-Marie, made our whole experience an amazing one. We started out with “Garlic Knots”, that were the best. Next our entrees were some of the best meals I have ever eaten! We had Ziti with meatballs, Flounder, Chicken Wings, and an incredible Chicken Marsala, over a bed of angel hair pasta, with a perfect balance of mushrooms. We finished the meal with Tiramisu. The locals are correct about this being one of the best restaurants in town. We will definitely be back very soon.“
“Cute small eatery by where we're staying. Stopped in for lunch on the way back from the beach because we didn't want to pay to park & walk downtown area. I ordered the gringo style steak tacos and my friend ordered the birria tacos. Both were delicious. We also split a street corn that was good. The employee was very nice and service was very fast.“
“Great food. Service was a little slow, but they were very busy. Once they took our order, about 20 minutes after we sat, things moved along. I would definitely go back! We had lunch and everyone loved their food. The tater tots are amazing!“
“Love the art of the place, but more importantly the food. We got a chimichanga, street taco of chicharron and I got the cerdo plate, highly recommended if you're doing lazy keto. They allowed us a couple of substitutions at not charge. On Sunday they have a margarita pitcher at a good price, good for 4 glasses. It was not a super busy, so service was fast even outside. Price was fair. We will definitely come back! ???“
“Had many good meals and cocktails here. Food and service always depend on the day but overall very good.Fish + chips, wings, and tenders are always good. Flavorful and never greasy. Always a great happy hour special weekdays too!Only disappointment lately was the chicken curry chips. Not s traditional savory English curry. It was a thick sweet Thai coconut curry.Kid-friendliness: Definitely“
“Cute place, good coffee. There's a menu above the counter and a smaller handwritten one on the side where you pick up items. Just confusing. I ordered Americana coffees thinking we could help ourselves to it at the coffee bar but NO that's only drip coffee. So instead we waited 30 minutes for our coffee and food. The entire vibe is confusing and the sweet girl at the counter must learn to project her voice, very hard to communicate with her. $15.50 for a bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich.“
“Delicious! Great options for gluten free & vegan. The smoothie bowl was incredible, I got it with almond milk. The veggie heaven with gluten free wrap was fresh and delicious - really loved the goddess dressing that comes with it!! And the starving surfer burrito they also made with the gluten free wrap, very filling. I’ll be back!!“
“Great place to go for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Very clean atmosphere and friendly people along with great bartenders. I would recommend going here if you like to chill and have a few drinks while you watch a game or play pool.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly place.“
“We stopped here on our journey through Saint Augustine historic district. I did not have a big appetite, so I tried the number 1 Cuban Sandwich. It was fresh and had a good amount of meat on it. My husband thinks the sandwich was "slimy" or very saturated. I would stop here again to try other menu items.“
“Ok so this is THE best coffee in historic St Augustine district! I had the Beach Bum latte which has coconut in it and my hubs had the Berried Alive I think it's called had maple syrup and blueberry flavors so yummy! But not overly sweet just perfect! Highly recommend! Located right across from the old Spanish fort!“
“Driving up the coast of Florida, stayed overnight in St Augustine and had lunch here. Excellent choice! I had a sweet chili lime shrimp quesadilla, delicious! They also serve “Stubborn” fountain drinks, another of my favorites, well known on the west coast. The Root Beer and Agave Vanilla Creme soda are my favorites. The menu has many choices from tacos to burgers, salads and sea food choices.“
“We are visiting St Augustine from out of town and love this breakfast place. We’ve been there twice already. Food is excellent, I got the lobster eggs Benedict one day and the chocolate Belgian the second day. Service was excellent. My husband enjoyed his Bloody Mary and breakfast burrito. Highly recommend for great breakfast spot.“
“Kingfish Grill has some of the best seafood. Whenever we come down that way, we always have one of our dinners there. The view from sitting outside is something I can definitely get used to. The water, boats, sunset, and of course the food and drinks are fabulous. The wait staff is super friendly, as well.“
“Awesome place to visit if you like sports, cheeseburgers, and beer. They have a ton of beer selection with a new self pour taps which had all the local beers on tap mixed in with a few other beers. Cool experience! They also had a ton of signed sports merchandise on the walls which was cool to check out. Will definitely return next time I come back to St Augustine to visit.“
“Peter Kalleres and his “A Team” are five stars amazing in every way!! They were professional, personable, “hands on” and impressively attentive to every guest! Peters’ excellent leadership of his staff made our sons and fiancé rehearsal dinner at “The Bailey Bar” simply the best ? !!! The food was first class delicious. The service and atmosphere from the planning stage to the event itself was excellent! Each of our 47+ guest felt special. We as host felt proud. Every detail from the table arrangements to the table and bar top decor that I requested was impeccable. Most importantly the hospitality to all was remarkable, joyful and fun. Thank you Peter for being you! ???❤️??Proud parents of the groom,Andrea and Frank Cole“
