My family and I consider it our go-to and almost a second home when you want the home style cooking, without the necessity to do your own dishes. “What a gem St Augustine has in its’ midst! We recently visited the fine establishment after reading previous reviews and was overwhelmed by the kindness and expertise of the owner! We were novices and had never prepared blue crab before. Instead of being annoyed at our lack of knowledge, he explained at great length and in easy to understand detail, how to prepare his delicious crab in several different ways. We served up a delightful, delicious meal that evening! The seafood was exceptional! He and his small business is a real asset to the community! You won’t be disappointed!!!!“

“A True Hidden Gem in St. Augustine The Collage exceeded all our expectations. We’ve visited St. Augustine many times, but this was our first time discovering this incredible restaurant, and what a find! We were celebrating our 21st anniversary and stumbled upon The Collage online. Thinking it would be quiet on a Wednesday night, we didn’t make a reservation. Despite being fully booked, Megan, the restaurant manager, went out of her way to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated. Our server, Franco, was warm, attentive, and very knowledgeable. The food was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. We began with the beef carpaccio and watermelon salad; both beautifully prepared. For our main course, we each had the 8oz filet topped with gorgonzola sauce, and every bite was mouthwatering. Between courses, we were treated to a refreshing raspberry sorbet to cleanse our palates—a lovely touch. For dessert, we shared a warm pound cake with raspberry coulis and fresh whipped cream, paired with perfectly made espressos. The ambiance was quaint, cozy, and romantic,ideal for a special occasion like ours. We especially loved that the menu changes regularly, offering something new to look forward to each time. “It’s fun atmosphere, appreciate the live music, but I definitely appreciated the food. Never had I tried a Ruben sandwich, Donovan makes it the best, is the only place I will ever have one. I know what I like and don’t care to try it anywhere else. Enjoyed the music enjoyed the food.“
