“Who says you can't have ice cream on a cold and blustery day in palm coast...NO ONE! It should be the norm especially with Surfside right around the corner.During the pandemic after travel had ceased the Gerlin family took their travel agency location and split it to start this amazing ice cream shoppe! The craft made ice cream comes from Leopolds. "Leopold’s Ice Cream was founded in 1919 by three brothers from Greece. They learned the art of candy and dessert making from an uncle who had already settled in America. George, Peter and Basil Leopold perfected their secret formulas and created the now world famous Leopold’s Ice Cream."It was hard to choose, but two words for you chocolate lovers... SAVANNAH SOCIALITE. A rich mixture of milk and dark chocolate ice creams bursting with roasted Georgia pecans and swirled with homemade bourbon-infused caramel. Sooooooooo good. Regular sized with a cake cone is just enough to satisfy so DON'T SHARE.My next trip will be for Rum Bisque! It better be windy and cold tomorrow!“
“We discovered this place while on a drive from Daytona. We sat out on the deck and had a lovely view of the ocean, dissected by the highway that runs between the restaurant and the ocean. All of Ormond Beach is like that. You never know why it was set up that way; using prime real estate for roads? Anyway, our server, Brent, was friendly and efficient. We spilled some juice and I apologized, embarrassed, but he brushed it off stating that's what he's there for! Hubby had the breakfast burrito and a couple of bloody mary's which he raved about. I had the corned beef hash which is HOME MADE! (not that dog food junk out of a can, yuck) I also had a side of sausage gravy for my potatoes. Grits come with it also but I don't do grits. The portions were nice sized and we each took enough home for another meal. My only complaint was that some of my potatoes were really scorched as were the onions. I had enough to eat around them, but it was such a waste. All in all, we'd go back, for sure, next time we're in the area.“
“My husband and I went to the Flagler Tea Company last night after finding out about the gluten free bakery! The baked goods are AMAZING!!! I've been searching for a great gluten free bakery since moving here from PA and this one is our new spot! I love the chocolate donuts and cinnamon rolls and my husband loves the coconut cake! We can't wait to go back again and get more yummy stuff! And, as an added bonus, Jackie and her husband are just awesome people!!! Please go and support this small business!!! It's a huge gift to the Flagler Beach community!Dietary restrictions: All gluten free!“
“We recently found this deli and we are so happy we did. Their food is amazingly good and their service is incredible too. My husband had the hot pastrami and can’t stop raving about it. I had the turkey pesto and it was delicious. On another trip we ordered a bagel which was fantastic and a chicken wrap that was so huge it was good for 2 meals. Each time we go my husband can’t refuse the pastrami and he each time he enjoys it even more. We love this deli and it’s definitely our go to for sandwiches! Awesome place!!!!“
“Pretty cool place. Beautiful view. Came here in our last day in FL. Had to wait for a little bit because we wanted to sit at an specific area, but Otherwise, could have seated earlier. Don’t remember if there was meat in the menu, but there is plenty of seafood and beer.“
“Stopped in to you're location this afternoon around 2 pm to get a bite to eat. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by your employee Quintein, and he provided the best customer service I had in a while. Greeted me as I came in the door. He handed me a menu and let me know if I had any questions to let him know. I asked him for some recommendation to eat, and he suggested The Mexican UFO. The food came out quickly and did not disappoint! Quintein checked up from time to time to make sure I was good and had no issues. Definitely best Burrito/Taco Establishment I have been to in a while, and now my favorite place as well!“
“This is truly a seaside gem. Great food, fun atmosphere. Just a couple of blocks from the beach and in the heart of Flagler Beach. Parking is a bit of a challenge with some ongoing construction in the area, but don't let that stop you. Take a few extra minutes to find a space, and walk a little further if you need to. It will definitely be worth the effort.“
“Needing hydration, we stopped at Coquina Coast Co. in Flagler Brach, FL. It’s a small joint on the end of the shopping plaza shouldn’t stop ya, nothing fancy but it’s a good time. With a dozen of mostly house brews on tap I went for the lighter side first. Vons Beer Run Lager, Mel’s Gols Ale, Hammock Haze IPA and Coastal Strand DIPA. The DIPA stood out with a beautiful Balance. The next flight consisted of; HOH Sour, Coquina Doppelbock, G.S.T.K. Brown and Dry Irish Stout. The Irish Stout is on Nitro and layers nicely as it settles. Terri behind the bar has been in the beer business for a long time and knows beer. It’s a must do when in Flagler Beach.IG: @crafty_fireman“
“So good, we had to come back a second time. Break Awayz is a little place along the coast with a big beer menu, great food, service and vibe!Day 1 started with a true surprise find, Other Half Brewing All Riwaka Everything Imperial IPA and a delicious prosciutto appetizer, all very good.Day 2 was a return for dinner, with Vitamin Sea and Desthil IPA’s and a burger with ghost pepper jack, carmelized onions, jalapeños and bacon that was on point. When in Flagler Beach it’s a Must Do!IG: @crafty_fireman“
“On vacation here in St. Augustine we found this local establishment and decided to try it. My wife had the shrimp and Grits, I had the Java bowl which is home fries, scrambled eggs, cheese, your choice of meat and then it's toped with sausage gravy. We also split the Kahula French toast. everything tasted fantastic! I did not taste any actual Kahula on the French toast but it was still good. The Mermosas was awesome as well. And who wouldn't enjoy sitting near the beach for an early morning brunch. All in all, a good choice!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheel chair access, but it goes in a zig-zag and has a pretty good slope to it.“
“Double fudge brownie and salted caramel were winners. Let us know when the chocolate covered key lime pie is back in stock and we will be there and rate you a 6! Brought some friends for their birthday to try out Sallys ice cream and werent disappointed. Its fun to be youth leaders for teenagers 35 yrs ago and still be friends eating ice cream with them today.Update: Brought our out of town friends back because we needed to have more of that Double chocolate fudge brownie and salted caramel ice cream and Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream (another winner). Not sure what the girls ate because the guys were all focused on our own. The breeze and ocean view make this an excellent stop. They always make orders fast but lines are due to customers having trouble with making a decision on what to order because the choices are endless.!!“
“We've been here a few times and it's great to sit on the terrace at the top with a great view of Flagler Beach. The service is friendly, the food is delicious and the beer is cold. There is also often live music. So everything you would expect from a beach club. Definitely try it out. Top!“
“I'm a sucker for fresh caught seafood places near the ocean, and Flagler Fish Company did not disappoint. The peel and eat shrimp are noticeably fresh caught and cooked that day. The seasonings were perfect, and I always love a cup of butter for dipping. The lobster roll was huge and pure Maine lobster. I chose a cheesy grit cake for my side, and I've got to say, that is probably the best grits I have ever had.“
