“This place appears child friendly but I went last night with my hubby for a date. Best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had in my life. Ceviche app was also chef’s kiss. My husband had the Chicken and Hoecakes dish. Again, 🤯! The desert was okay but everything else including staff were phenomenal. Atmosphere was nice, dim lighting surrounds you in raw architecture with an intimate feel. Drinks were also incredibly good. If you’re on the fence, get off it and go!“

“I have eaten at Piesano's twice, and each time it was awesome! The food is absolutely wonderful - today, my party and I enjoyed a cheese calzone, shrimp scampi, and gorgonzola salad with shrimp. All were excellent. And the service and ambiance are exceptional. It is very quiet and comfortable, and the wait staff are patient and kind and don't mind if you take your time. Not many restaurants are quiet and relaxing these days. The prices are fair, as well, especially considering the high quality of the dishes. Highly recommended!“

“So. Freaking. Good. We drove from NC today and had the absolute worst time dealing with traffic and torrential rain all day. Once we finally arrived to St. Augustine, we stumbled upon Catch 27. We were seated promptly by the sweet hostess. Greeted promptly by our server. The drinks were spectacular. Perfectly mixed with balanced flavors. We got the appetizer of the day, which was a crab rangoon dip with wonton crackers. Are you kidding me? So good. I got the blackened flounder beurre blanc. Seriously the best flounder I've ever had. The lemon caper sauce was the perfect compliment to the sweet potato mash. My boyfriend got the coconut crab cake with jasmine rice and Thai curry sauce. Such an authentic Thai flavor. No complaints whatsoever. This experience really saved our day. We've added Catch27 to our list of best restaurants!“

“A great experience. I saw recommendations before and decided to go there for our last night dinner. Completely not regretting the decision. Food was delicious, service was absolutely fabulous and we enjoyed it very much. We decided to do like a Tapas dinner so shared several dishes and everything was beyond expectations.“

“My wife and I came here for our 31st anniversary. A highly rated restaurant. My meal, steak bowl, was very tasty. The steak was tuff. Over cooked I think. My wife had a fish meal. I forget which. She was very disappointed in the taste and quality of her meal. I have NEVER see my wife complain about a meal before. When our waitress (she was great!) Asked how the meal was my wife told her. Later a woman, not a lady, came to our table concerning our dissatisfaction. She seemed to be insulted and left in a huff. Normally a dissatisfied customer is given a discount or a free dessert. Something. Nothing was offered. What should have been an enjoyable dining experience for Saint Augustine residents celebrating their anniversary was left lacking. 🤢“

“Our favorite spot to end the day when visiting St. Augustine! The drinks are great and fairly priced. When you go, make sure to ask to sit in Will’s area. Will has always been our server when there over the past couple of years and actually remembered us a year later after our 1st week there. Maybe we spent a little too many evenings here… Nah!“

“Such a lovely afternoon! My husband and I are celebrating our anniversary this week. We found that The Chatsworth has an afternoon tea, which we always look for on our anniversary trips. We were not disappointed! From the warm welcome, to the lovely room with all types of tea china displayed, we were delighted. We had the afternoon tea, with a delicious assortment of teas and a 3-tiered serving dish. Everything was so thoughtfully set out -- such lovely sandwiches and desserts. We were able to enjoy our time there, without being rushed and just enough attention to what we needed. All the while, the music from "Bridgerton" was playing softly in the background. We highly recommend that you spend an afternoon and indulge!“

“We were so worried about them relocating off St. George street. This is amazing and spot on!! We love the open space and organized staff. The food...OMG it was so good!! The lobster sandwich and fish bites...the sauce...wow!!! The drinks are very good obviously! The girls are spot on with service and do not keep you waiting!!! One of them recommended the Coconut spicy Margarita...OmG it was so good!! Glad we are locals, because this will become a regular spot!!“

“My husband and I stopped into Tradewinds Lounge because of its history, and it absolutely did not disappoint.

The atmosphere is exactly what you hope for in a historic bar. The warm wood interior makes the space feel inviting and comfortable, and it has the kind of character that simply can't be replicated. It's the sort of place where you immediately want to settle in and stay awhile.

I hate to admit that I can't remember our server's name, but she was wonderful, and the bartender was equally fantastic. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helped make the experience memorable.

The live music was a great addition and only added to the charm of the place. And a word of warning: be careful with the punch. It is absolutely delicious, but it may very well be the only drink you need that day.

Between the history, atmosphere, music, drinks, and great staff, Tradewinds Lounge ended up being one of our favorite stops in St. Augustine. We would happily return the next time we're in town.“

“I’m only giving atmosphere one star because of the FLIES inside the restaurant. The food and drinks are great. The scenery is gorgeous… but this the second time that our table was swarmed by flies. We had to constantly swat at them and couldn’t wait to finish our food and leave. Something needs to be done, it’s disgusting having flies land on everyone’s food as they’re eating.“
