“My daughter and I ate at this restaurant in St. Augustine. The food was amazing. My daughter ordered the PB&J chicken wings and I ordered the chicken pot pie. I wish I could remember our waiter's name, because he was perfect. He kept us happy without hovering. We enjoyed the restaurant so much that we decided to drive up the coast on our way home so we could stop at the restaurant at Mickler Beach. Sadly, we learned that the two restaurants don't have the same menu. I wanted that chicken pot pie again! I was a bit disappointed, but the cheese steak rolls made up for my disappointment. They, too, were amazing. We enjoyed your restaurants so much that we tried to talk Tracey into helping to open a restaurant in Destin, FL. We eagerly await the announcement of your grand opening there. 😂❤“

“This place appears child friendly but I went last night with my hubby for a date. Best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had in my life. Ceviche app was also chef’s kiss. My husband had the Chicken and Hoecakes dish. Again, 🤯! The desert was okay but everything else including staff were phenomenal. Atmosphere was nice, dim lighting surrounds you in raw architecture with an intimate feel. Drinks were also incredibly good. If you’re on the fence, get off it and go!“

“We had the two most popular fish dishes and they were incredibly delicious, our plates were clean by dinner end! The fried green tomato app was flavorful, and perfectly balanced with toppings and creamy goat cheese. The chowder was spot on, better than most! One of our group had the brisket which was also tender great!“

“I have eaten at Piesano's twice, and each time it was awesome! The food is absolutely wonderful - today, my party and I enjoyed a cheese calzone, shrimp scampi, and gorgonzola salad with shrimp. All were excellent. And the service and ambiance are exceptional. It is very quiet and comfortable, and the wait staff are patient and kind and don't mind if you take your time. Not many restaurants are quiet and relaxing these days. The prices are fair, as well, especially considering the high quality of the dishes. Highly recommended!“

“While visiting the area, stopped in for lunch based on the other reviews here. I was looking for something less “touristy” and was not disappointed. We were brought to a table immediately. It was a little loud- they were playing hard rock and metal which I loved (though not sure my older parents were thrilled.)
The staff were very friendly and attentive.
We all ordered the FT Burger. Generally, I don’t have bacon, onions or sauce on my burgers but decided to try it as-is (also has Havarti cheese and pickle slices.) it came cooked exactly medium rare as ordered.
This was one of the tastiest burgers I have ever had, without exaggeration, and I’ve had some amazing ones. The natural-cut fries were great as well.
If I’m ever in the area again I would definitely come back.“

“My husband and I stopped into Tradewinds Lounge because of its history, and it absolutely did not disappoint.

The atmosphere is exactly what you hope for in a historic bar. The warm wood interior makes the space feel inviting and comfortable, and it has the kind of character that simply can't be replicated. It's the sort of place where you immediately want to settle in and stay awhile.

I hate to admit that I can't remember our server's name, but she was wonderful, and the bartender was equally fantastic. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helped make the experience memorable.

The live music was a great addition and only added to the charm of the place. And a word of warning: be careful with the punch. It is absolutely delicious, but it may very well be the only drink you need that day.

Between the history, atmosphere, music, drinks, and great staff, Tradewinds Lounge ended up being one of our favorite stops in St. Augustine. We would happily return the next time we're in town.“

“My wife and I came here for our 31st anniversary. A highly rated restaurant. My meal, steak bowl, was very tasty. The steak was tuff. Over cooked I think. My wife had a fish meal. I forget which. She was very disappointed in the taste and quality of her meal. I have NEVER see my wife complain about a meal before. When our waitress (she was great!) Asked how the meal was my wife told her. Later a woman, not a lady, came to our table concerning our dissatisfaction. She seemed to be insulted and left in a huff. Normally a dissatisfied customer is given a discount or a free dessert. Something. Nothing was offered. What should have been an enjoyable dining experience for Saint Augustine residents celebrating their anniversary was left lacking. 🤢“

“Such a lovely afternoon! My husband and I are celebrating our anniversary this week. We found that The Chatsworth has an afternoon tea, which we always look for on our anniversary trips. We were not disappointed! From the warm welcome, to the lovely room with all types of tea china displayed, we were delighted. We had the afternoon tea, with a delicious assortment of teas and a 3-tiered serving dish. Everything was so thoughtfully set out -- such lovely sandwiches and desserts. We were able to enjoy our time there, without being rushed and just enough attention to what we needed. All the while, the music from "Bridgerton" was playing softly in the background. We highly recommend that you spend an afternoon and indulge!“

“Pretty good food, a little pricey. Three adults and a child were $100 without any alcohol for lunch. The shrimp and crab cakes my wife and I ordered off the appetizer menu were very tasty and well cooked. Not a fan of the key lime pie, it was good but just good.

It was nice sitting on the deck. I'd go back for special occasions, but it's not someplace I'll go regularly.“
