This was our second visit to Refinery Jax Beach. The food was very good. The service was not as good as our first visit. We had a waiter, but he seemed very, very busy. Additionally there were 2 other waitstaff who were helping out , but they were not really checking to see if we had everything we needed. I needed a serrated knife, and so did my friend. Always a nice time. The fancy casual dress code should be more mentioned or even called out. Party of 8 all 4 men in t shirts while the women wore dresses or skirt,blouses. Several other tables of people in flipflops and beach shorts with t shirts.

Refinery continues to amaze me. Ive been here 4+ times and found new things on the menu each time. The appetizer and entres have never ceased to amaze me. The dinning room is perfect for dinner, with a post dinner drink in the ocean breeze downstairs. This place doesn't miss.
