“We planned a quick last minute wedding, and Kira was beyond accommodating. She was always available, and her communication was on point. Texting, calling, showing up…she always made time for me even if she was in the middle of something else. We originally reserved the dining room for our family reunion, but due to extenuating circumstances, our brunch turned into a last minute wedding celebration instead. Kira went over all our options and recommendations, sat down with me to plan the seating arrangement, and brunch menu, and even created a fancy custom drink menu for us. The venue was beautiful. The views were gorgeous. The buffet display and food was amazing. The table settings and linens were lovely. The bartender and wait staff were phenomenal. They made this day so perfect in every way. they went above and beyond & I cannot rave enough about our wonderful experience. Thank you so much, Kira.“

“So let me tell you. I love their sushi. Good food. Great price. Always good service. Now a beef. I used to eat there twice a month. They give you fried Oreo for desert. Complements of the house. But when I order pick up guess what. They wanted to charge $6 for something they give me free. Used to be a regular and hate to even say something negative but that’s just not right.“

“We have been looking for a sandwich shop this good. We tried the Insane Italian and the Philly Cheesesteak and both were huge and absolutely delicious. The gentleman behind the counter was super helpful and nice. We’ll definitely be back!“

“The blueberry bread pudding with goat cheese is delish!!!!! Full Stop! But, the shrimp and grits were perfect too! Shrimp cooked just right and the roux was expertly seasoned. “Great tasting food and service. Seems to be family run so service can be slow when only one person is handling the front. Be patient. The food is worth it. Wish the portions were bigger for the price. Will return to try other items on the menu.“

“This is my daughter and I's go-to take-out Chinese spot and it's worth it every time to make the 25 minute drive from our house! You can see the woks in the kitchen as you approach the counter and they make everything to-order. And the food is always piping hot and consistently fresh every time. My daughter and I always dine in. I tell people that it is a solid, straightforward Chinese takeout place where the food comes out in a timely manner and is fresh and hot. Aesthetics are definitely not their priority, and I really could care less about that as long as it's clean… And this place is very clean. The restaurant is a family run business-grandma included- and sometimes you can see their children either helping out or killing time on their tablets at one of the tables. And the family is so sweet! In my last visit, I took my daughter as well as a couple other kids who were friends with my daughter. They didn't have enough water bottles that were cold, and sent one of their kids with cups to go get ice so we had some ice water. Because the place is small and no-frills, I get concerned about their ability to stay in business. I really hope more people patronize them and give them a chance. You can't beat good people and good food and a straightforward business.“

“I would definitely rate Hot Wok on San Pablo and Beach Blvd in the TOP THREE Chinese takeout joints east of St. Jones river.
Tried multiple entries over last month period and everything was the top notch. The Hot and Sour Soup 100% THE BEST in the area! Hands down...Their Fried Rice is made to order and also exceptionally good. I was somewhat surprised by how little traffic this place generates on my multiple visits during different time of day so if you live in the area and a fan of this type food you've got to try it!“

“I'm rating the food, services and the clean atmosphere all 5 stars. My overall rate, however, is 4 stars. I used their kiosks or tablets to place my order. I selected the beepers to alert me when my order was ready but they didn't have the beepers, so I was forced to use my phone number. I then started receiving spam calls and I've been blocking these numbers since then. I'm not really sure why they no longer use beepers like other locations still do, but I'm sure they have valid reasons. I do wish they reconsider. All else in this location is cozy and friendly, I recommend.“

“In the measure of any vendor from my 41 years of sales experience is how they fix a problem. I had a take out order from Panera and found it was incorrect. Even, the manager took it upon himself to replace the order and “Door Dash” it to our home, all at his cost. That’s the true measure of a good vendor when something goes wrong. Thank you Even! “Maan.. oh my gosh I’ve been going here for months. I have no idea who was working the kitchen tonight at 8pm. This absolutely hands down was the best meal I have ever gotten here. Fresh , super hot and my container was so full I’m shocked they got it shut! I write this hoping whoever was there gets some praise cause dang yall! And it was out in 10-15 minutes? Wow.“

“The staff here was attentive, I arrived later in the evening and ordered at the kiosk to make my presence easier on the staff, and the food was done promptly. Unfortunately, I didn't check the bag before leaving the restaurant ? I always check the bag.

I checked the bag when I got home realizing one item was missing from my order, I was worried I would be forced to drive back, and I was too tired for all that. I am 100% understanding when it comes to mistakes ? we all make them.

I called the location, explained the situation, and he offered a refund right there over the phone!! Other restaurants not offering this option, I was very satisfied with the service I received, and I got my money back on my card within a few days!“
