In the measure of any vendor from my 41 years of sales experience is how they fix a problem.
I had a take out order from Panera and found it was incorrect.
Even, the manager took it upon himself to replace the order and “Door Dash” it to our home, all at his cost.
That’s the true measure of a good vendor when something goes wrong.

I love Panera. I order Panera twice a week. I was disappointed this time. My grilled cheese was burnt.
I ate chicken ceasar asked for 1 dressing it was really good!!! We will start going to panera bread more now!! My fiance got a cuban sandwich and loved his!!

While the food never disappoints for some, others find it average and note this location is not the best.
