In the measure of any vendor from my 41 years of sales experience is how they fix a problem.
I had a take out order from Panera and found it was incorrect.
Even, the manager took it upon himself to replace the order and “Door Dash” it to our home, all at his cost.
That’s the true measure of a good vendor when something goes wrong.

I love Panera. I order Panera twice a week. I was disappointed this time. My grilled cheese was burnt.
I ate chicken ceasar asked for 1 dressing it was really good!!! We will start going to panera bread more now!! My fiance got a cuban sandwich and loved his!!

The location is clean, quick, comfortable, and well-run, though some wish the bread with soup was a little warmed up. However, other visits report really filthy dining rooms and sticky bathroom floors. The mac and cheese was very flavorless and seemed too hot like it was microwaved. Some customers received the wrong order, such as regular cream cheese instead of veggie, without being told. Coffee in the self serve dispensers was not hot, even at 10:30 am. While the food never disappoints for some, others find it average and note this location is not the best.
