They need to do something about their bagel slicer. It’s been not working for months and this last lady had the nerve to tell me that I should buy a knife and cut them myself when I had to come back in because the bagels that I had asked to be sliced we’re not. Like are you kidding me? You don’t wanna do your job why should I do your job? Why should I go out and buy a bagel knife and spend an hour cutting them for an event the fact that they even told me to go out and buy my own knife. It’s ridiculous.

I would not recommend this location!! This particular location has an associate who isn't friendly or welcoming at all. I believe she's the manager. I've visited twice, the first time there was hair in the salad and she took forever to acknowlege that I was standing there and there wasn't anyone else in the store at the time. Her and her team kept working as if I wasn't standing there. Then once I looked around at the ladies who were working no one had on a hair net. Second visit, two others were serviced and stood there and no one acknowledged me again, so I stood there for about 10 mins then I was acknowledged.

Today i went to panera bread with my wife and son and we ordered one brócoli soup and a chicken noodle soup. For 8 dollars the broccoli soup barely came with any broccoli maybe 2 pieces. and same with the chicken soup barely any chicken on the soup. don’t come here if u wanna get ripped off ur money for an overpriced soup.

We had Panera Bread on Beach Boulevard near Target Deliver us lunch today. The salad we ordered was so small it was done in three bites. Food was not like it used to be, we were very dissatisfied and will not order from there again.

This location now has their bathrooms locked. You have to purchase something and ask a store associate for the code. I'm assuming this is to keep local homeless people from using their restrooms and it is downright cruel

All the staff and bakery employees are very personable, knowledgeable, so friendly. I always enjoy going in to get the fresh bagels and cookies.

I refuse to go to the Panera at The Towncenter after an inaccurate to-go order was unprofessionally and poorly handled. So this Panera Bread by the Target on Hodges / Beach has become my favorite. And with good cause. Their top of the receipt, just below their address and phone number, assures that Accuracy Matters and that they will make things right when a mistake affects an order. So far - no order errors. The customer service is sincere and excellent. The place, including bathrooms, are clean; tables well bussed. There is a new manager here and it shows. He energetically greets all the customers and recognizes regulars who smile at his kind attention. The staff - from order taking to pick up - treat customers very well, giving the impression they are well treated by the company in turn.My only ick is the code needed to access the restroom. I understand the why. This is a for-profit company that has struggled with an increasing number of houseless community members who camp out nearby. The bathroom code must be requested of staff. It keeps the unhoused from using the facilities. And paying customers are more comfortable on the business premises, encouraging revenue.

I ordered the Frontega chicken, which was good and made correctly. However, I ordered 2 bowls of broccoli cheddar soup but was given 2 cups of Mac and cheese instead. This was a delivery order so no way to fix it. Also very disappointed that you can no longer order baguette as a side.

Bathrooms are always having issues . Only the handicap bathroom opened, and then the soap was broken, and paper towels were not useable.

I really enjoyed my visit here. Came her to meet up for an interview. The place was a little busy and noisy a lot of in and out. But that is to be expected. I did not actually eat but the person I met with did the soup they had seemed thick and cold. They said it was just ok. The staff did not seem very friendly. Did not have a large variety of baked goods as I would expect from Panera. The restaurant could have been a little cleaner as well.
