Put in a mobile order to save some time, when I got there the smoothie was not and the employees had no idea what I was talking about , I gave them the address and showed them the receipt on the app and they tried to tell me I was at the wrong location, then I showed them on there app where it navigated me to the very location we were standing in... they fixed eventually
Menu light was out. Making it difficult to read the menu. Girl on mic was rushing me to order even though I said I couldn’t read it. I had to ask several questions to make sure I choose a smoothie without almonds, dairy and kiwi. They were pleasant at the window and I enjoyed my smoothie, but I realized I prefer their main competition.

Cashier was nice but my drink was a mango banana ginger smoothie and it just tasted super fake sweet like straight Stevia or something ? I didn't taste fruit or ginger at all. Will have to ask them to hold the Stevia next time lol
