Breakfast all day which is awesome!Pancake was great and the eggs and hash tasted perfectly fine - some home fries were a little burnt/overdone. The waitress and staff were friendly!
I absolutely love Diners! And Oceana did not disappoint. Once I saw they serve Liver and Onions for lunch I knew I had to go. My friend and I arrived after the lunch rush ready for some comfort food. We were greeted by Santa anxiously awaiting his next phone call. We settled into a booth and were greeted by our server. She quickly returned with delicious sweet tea just like my grandma made. It wasn't long before our liver, onions, real mashed potatoes and vegetable medley arrived....read full review

Been twice with a buddy. Got early bird breakfast special. Great food and value. Best crispy home fries I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot. Owner and family always there and very engaged. Favorite breakfast place in Jax!
