“My wife and I traveled all the way from Dubai to visit family in Jacksonville Beach, and she stumbled upon Pho Viet online. It was our first visit, and we were immediately greeted by the owner, Ringo, who has led quite an exciting life in the food and beverage world! He is incredibly personable and genuinely passionate about serving great food.

We dove into the menu, ordering the (A7) Grilled Pork Spring Rolls, (A1) Fresh Spring Rolls, (P1) Special Noodle Soup, and the (C5) Grilled Pork with Shrimp and Fried Egg on Rice.

Both spring roll options were fresh and fantastic, packed with crisp vegetables, and wrapped in perfectly made rice paper that held together beautifully. The grilled pork inside was absolutely DELICIOUS! Even better, the accompanying sauces were uniquely flavorful and tastier than anything we’ve had at other Vietnamese spots.

The Pho was spot-on with amazing depth of flavor. Usually, I load my broth with extra seasonings, but not this time...the trimmings served on the side were perfectly suited. I especially loved that they served basil and lime instead of the usual mint and lemon; it was a refreshing twist!

The pork on the rice dish was tender and perfectly cooked. The combination of savory fat, fluffy rice, and that fried egg was simply amazing. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend taking a drive to Pho Viet in Atlantic Beach, you won’t regret it!“

“I'm rating the food, services and the clean atmosphere all 5 stars. My overall rate, however, is 4 stars. I used their kiosks or tablets to place my order. I selected the beepers to alert me when my order was ready but they didn't have the beepers, so I was forced to use my phone number. I then started receiving spam calls and I've been blocking these numbers since then. I'm not really sure why they no longer use beepers like other locations still do, but I'm sure they have valid reasons. I do wish they reconsider. All else in this location is cozy and friendly, I recommend.“

“The blueberry bread pudding with goat cheese is delish!!!!! Full Stop! But, the shrimp and grits were perfect too! Shrimp cooked just right and the roux was expertly seasoned. Some of the best food I’ve had in a while! 🤌🏼 Oh, did I mention the friendly and prompt waitstaff? Get there! You won’t be disappointed. 😊“

“We planned a quick last minute wedding, and Kira was beyond accommodating. She was always available, and her communication was on point. Texting, calling, showing up…she always made time for me even if she was in the middle of something else. We originally reserved the dining room for our family reunion, but due to extenuating circumstances, our brunch turned into a last minute wedding celebration instead. Kira went over all our options and recommendations, sat down with me to plan the seating arrangement, and brunch menu, and even created a fancy custom drink menu for us. The venue was beautiful. The views were gorgeous. The buffet display and food was amazing. The table settings and linens were lovely. The bartender and wait staff were phenomenal. They made this day so perfect in every way. they went above and beyond & I cannot rave enough about our wonderful experience. Thank you so much, Kira.“

“I would definitely rate Hot Wok on San Pablo and Beach Blvd in the TOP THREE Chinese takeout joints east of St. Jones river.
Tried multiple entries over last month period and everything was the top notch. The Hot and Sour Soup 100% THE BEST in the area! Hands down...Their Fried Rice is made to order and also exceptionally good. I was somewhat surprised by how little traffic this place generates on my multiple visits during different time of day so if you live in the area and a fan of this type food you've got to try it!“

Even, the manager took it upon himself to replace the order and “Door Dash” it to our home, all at his cost. That’s the true measure of a good vendor when something goes wrong. Thank you Even! “The staff here was attentive, I arrived later in the evening and ordered at the kiosk to make my presence easier on the staff, and the food was done promptly. Unfortunately, I didn't check the bag before leaving the restaurant ? I always check the bag.

I checked the bag when I got home realizing one item was missing from my order, I was worried I would be forced to drive back, and I was too tired for all that. I am 100% understanding when it comes to mistakes ? we all make them.

I called the location, explained the situation, and he offered a refund right there over the phone!! Other restaurants not offering this option, I was very satisfied with the service I received, and I got my money back on my card within a few days!“

“Maan.. oh my gosh I’ve been going here for months. I have no idea who was working the kitchen tonight at 8pm. This absolutely hands down was the best meal I have ever gotten here. Fresh , super hot and my container was so full I’m shocked they got it shut! I write this hoping whoever was there gets some praise cause dang yall! And it was out in 10-15 minutes? Wow.“
