“When I tell you, how amazing and well deserving this restaurant and Its owners are, I absolutely mean it. Their food is exceptional, and I live almost an hour away and work in the area, and have thought about coming all the way up to PV, just for Chinese food, It is that good. The owners are the nicest people that you’ll ever meet And we’ll go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and taken care of. I highly recommend getting your food from here. “So let me tell you. I love their sushi. Good food. Great price. Always good service. Now a beef. I used to eat there twice a month. They give you fried Oreo for desert. Complements of the house. But when I order pick up guess what. They wanted to charge $6 for something they give me free. Used to be a regular and hate to even say something negative but that’s just not right.“

“We planned a quick last minute wedding, and Kira was beyond accommodating. She was always available, and her communication was on point. Texting, calling, showing up…she always made time for me even if she was in the middle of something else. We originally reserved the dining room for our family reunion, but due to extenuating circumstances, our brunch turned into a last minute wedding celebration instead. Kira went over all our options and recommendations, sat down with me to plan the seating arrangement, and brunch menu, and even created a fancy custom drink menu for us. The venue was beautiful. The views were gorgeous. The buffet display and food was amazing. The table settings and linens were lovely. The bartender and wait staff were phenomenal. They made this day so perfect in every way. they went above and beyond & I cannot rave enough about our wonderful experience. Thank you so much, Kira.“

“Great tasting food and service. Seems to be family run so service can be slow when only one person is handling the front. Be patient. The food is worth it. Wish the portions were bigger for the price. Will return to try other items on the menu.“

“I would definitely rate Hot Wok on San Pablo and Beach Blvd in the TOP THREE Chinese takeout joints east of St. Jones river.
Tried multiple entries over last month period and everything was the top notch. The Hot and Sour Soup 100% THE BEST in the area! Hands down...Their Fried Rice is made to order and also exceptionally good. I was somewhat surprised by how little traffic this place generates on my multiple visits during different time of day so if you live in the area and a fan of this type food you've got to try it!“

“I'm rating the food, services and the clean atmosphere all 5 stars. My overall rate, however, is 4 stars. I used their kiosks or tablets to place my order. I selected the beepers to alert me when my order was ready but they didn't have the beepers, so I was forced to use my phone number. I then started receiving spam calls and I've been blocking these numbers since then. I'm not really sure why they no longer use beepers like other locations still do, but I'm sure they have valid reasons. I do wish they reconsider. All else in this location is cozy and friendly, I recommend.“

“In the measure of any vendor from my 41 years of sales experience is how they fix a problem. I had a take out order from Panera and found it was incorrect. Even, the manager took it upon himself to replace the order and “Door Dash” it to our home, all at his cost. That’s the true measure of a good vendor when something goes wrong. Thank you Even! “The staff here was attentive, I arrived later in the evening and ordered at the kiosk to make my presence easier on the staff, and the food was done promptly. Unfortunately, I didn't check the bag before leaving the restaurant ? I always check the bag.

I checked the bag when I got home realizing one item was missing from my order, I was worried I would be forced to drive back, and I was too tired for all that. I am 100% understanding when it comes to mistakes ? we all make them.

I called the location, explained the situation, and he offered a refund right there over the phone!! Other restaurants not offering this option, I was very satisfied with the service I received, and I got my money back on my card within a few days!“
