“I went to First Watch for breakfast today. There was no wait which was great. The server we had was very pleasant and attentive. I ordered a Belgian waffle, orange juice and coffee. The sever does leave the pot of coffee on the table which is nice. The waffle was good but not quite done in the middle. A bottle of warm syrup is given to you also. The negative to First Watch is the chairs are horrible to sit in. They are straight back and hard. I have to assume they are this way so you do not stay long. Eat and leave! I would recommend because the food was good and the service was excellent.“

“Visited this location some years back while in Jacksonville and decided to check it out again. The good did not disappoint. We ordered the hot turkey and roast beef hero with Swiss and a side of classic sauce, the Cuban and a kids turkey and cheese hero. Mmm mmmm mm!! We were all pleased with our food. I also love that they’re pet friendly on the patio, so I was able to bring the pup. The only complaints would be on the server and carrot cake. The server (not sure if name) didn’t seem very eager to help and the texture of the cake was very mushy. We each tried a piece and agreed that it was off. I’d definitely visit again but would not order carrot cake.“

“New to the area and exploring brunch options, my husband and I landed at Another Broken Egg Cafe. Kayla, our server, was very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. She was attentive and prompt and surprised us with a free order of fresh beignets because it was our first time in. The food was incredible and extremely reasonably priced. I was also thrilled to see gluten friendly pancakes on the menu. Great place!“

“Finally, long waited visit to this location "The Beach Blvd". Morning Market Veg Omlet was good but not as good as the one served in the Southside location. The Southside stuff it well with vegetables and make it more colorful. The french toast was awesome. When I go to the Southside location, I will order it there and see whether they make it better. Chickichanga was delecious. The potatoes was a bit hard and dry, unlike the potatoes in the Southside. Potatoes in the Southside are rememberable, crunchy from outside and creamy moist from the inside. Blanca did a great job. Her favorite word was "my friend", she makes you feel comfortable. Very good communication skills. Effective use of nonverbal language as well. But Blanca, you could have dried the coffee pot from outside before serving it to us. However, I know at least that the coffee pot was washed. Good place to dine in. However the best location to represent First Watch and present its elite standards is the Southside location. Remember not to go to the Riverside location unless you want to have a shock.“

“I've been to many boba places in Jacksonville and this one is my absolute FAVORITE! wonderful drinks and great staff with a comfortable atmosphere! Also the prices are extremely reasonable! They have a huge variety of drinks and the quality is amazing! 10/10 definitely would recommend! We go halfway across the city just to get boba here!“

“You couldn't ask for a more perfectly executed tuna sandwich than this. It's great that they have sprouts since many restaurants seem to avoid them for fear of liability due to past incidents at chains that didn't wash them properly.

The toasted whole wheat bread was crunchy, thin and delicious. I was told it's from Village Bread.

There are several healthy side options. I had the chickpea salad with broccoli, cucumber, tomato and carrots.

There are a few tables outside. Nothing fancy, but shaded and pleasant.“

“This Broken Egg is the only one we go to here in Jacksonville and we go often. Love the staff . Today Amber was our server and amazing. The managers of the day were Karen and Karen! “This is one of my favorite eating spots. The food is great. The staff there is very friendly and welcoming. Especially Sonata, who is very nice. I was amazed by her remarkable memory. She remembered what I normally drink and what I ordered the last time I was there. They are lucky to have her on their staff.“
