I accidentally received the wrong sandwich. When I called the store Freddy was so apologetic. He said he would leave a message with my name on it for when I come back to the drive through to correct the mistake. Freddy greeted me at the window and went above and beyond to correct the situation. The whole thing was handled so kindly and quickly. I had a meeting with my customer and decided to order breakfast for the whole office. They had everythin that I needed; dozens of bagels, some sweet danishes, and coffee in a box, Good service + Good food =
Good management. I recommend this Paneras location.
